Didn't realise the old app had been discontinued till I fired it up earlier today.
Boy was I in for some disappointment when I launched this "all new" app. Interface is clumsy, hardly impressive and, worst of all, videos stutter. And soon enough, an error pops up to end the viewing experience (or whatever that little, fleeting phase can be called).
So much for my looking forward to the start of some great sporting action this year.

Can't believe this stupid country signed up to being looted by "Conditional Access" service providers in the first place all those years ago - had to be a matter of time that, despite all advancement in technology, even accessing television on-the-go would be an arduous experience.

Very very bad service for disconnection.
Recently, i kept request for disconnection, the guy came and hesitated to remove the my box and antenna even when i identified and said, he said someone’s is using ur box mam i cant remove.
Due to lockdown i did not use much and my wire is lying on the floor dont know what happened, but during installation i remember they charged 2500 and also i know the location where my abtenna is fixed.
Be aware guys people are using ur antennas also, if the box is inactive.

Recharge message hangs the app
Every time Tata play recharge is due message comes the app hangs. Have to reinstall app every time. This time that also not helping. It’s staying frozen

Doesn’t work
Any show I click, I get the error ‘something went wrong. unable to play the content {0}’. Clicking ‘get help’ gives me ‘a server with the specified host name could not be found’. So all in all, a piece of crap. Hard to believe this is a Tata product. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

Cannot believe a tata service so bad..cannot manage the pack on app which was available previously. Earlier version of this app was so much better. If you are not on whatsapp, you cannot use this app. Shame! Thinking of switching it to another provider.

Extremely poor services on app, phone & SMS. Can’t active even free channels by SMS. How can free channels be denied after paying basic amount. This company deserves MINUS Rating my rating -2.5
Today at 1.25 pm Tatasky caller told me to arrange talk to his superior after 10 minutes. It’s 2.20 pm no value for time. Tatasky maxim is ‘Customer is always Wrong’.

Useless, non working, paperweight app
How are folks supposed to login and recharge if the app just always says “your internet appears to be offline” when I have full 4G bars? Shameful for a multi billion dollar player like Tata. This app is as cheap as the CEO’s themselves and worthless. Good day!
