This is a good app of you're looking for a 2 min workout. The only problem I have is that you have to purchase all but one workout. And I'm not sure if it's a buy get all or if have to but all four or five. Either way I think I'll stay with working out in sets (I prefer/think working in sets as hard as you can for that set so more effective) instead of an allotted time of 20 seconds a workout. However it is very well designed if you want to do short workouts.
