The Breathing Butterfly is designed to help you relax and stress-down and tend to your inner butterfly garden. Soothing music combined with gentle animation promote calm, regular breathing as you cultivate inner peace.
Simply taking a few deep breaths has been shown to reduce toxic cortisol levels, so we make it easy! The “breathing butterfly” at the heart of the app is offered in 28 different language and 330 different animation combination choices.
Six tranquil games provide the user endless options for peaceful fun. Grow a garden and spot a hummingbird. Visit a cherry-blossom snow-globe. Guide a butterfly to sip blossom nectar and reach a rainbow. Make music. And yes, catch a falling star!

Great for panic attacks
This may be designed for children, but I tried many of the breathing apps designed to help with panic attacks, and I found this to be much more effective than any of them.
The "game" has you breathe in as you touch the screen and move the butterfly up to one flower and let go while you breathe out to move the butterfly down to another flower. The tactile, visual interaction combined with the breathing is far more soothing than any of the other apps I tried.
