The KOOL LINE goal is to provide information, resources, and assistance to individuals experiencing ethnic intimidation, hate crimes, or feel that they have been discriminated against, including Nativism and xenophobia, based on the civil rights laws of the United States. The objective of the app is to be a resource tool for alleged victims to cool down any unlawful discriminatory activities under the protected classes.
The KOOL LINE provides resources such as Civil Rights Act of 1968, Civil Rights Directory State and Local Agencies, Steps You Should Take If You Feel You Have Been a Victim of a Hate Crime, Civil Rights Act of 1964, Department of Justice Federal Hate Crimes laws, and Sex-Based Discrimination Laws as well as community-based support organizations and many other helpful resources.
