“The Last Dream” is a jewel of a game. It’s not something you want to rush through, not a game for “gamers.” While there are similarities to some popular games (The MysteryHaunted Hollow 1&2, Short Tale, the classic Humongous Games, Her Story), the Last Dream is a fascinating “trip” through one man’s surreality.
Using a daring combination of mixed media throughout (photos, video, digital, animation, etc.), the game intrigues with more venues than one can imagine. The puzzles are common sensical-yet-challenging and not at all ostentatious. I encountered no bugs nor glitches in this rather detailed game, and though the file is about 830MB, my iPhone7+ did not overheat. The game is worth every penny though its approach is, I think, quite unique. Quite admirable‼️
(A really cute idea is the addition of an especially well-conceptualized “friend” to offer help when needed. Adorable.🙂)

Very well thought out
High quality game for the 2D adventure genre. I enjoyed the diversity of object puzzles and stand alone logic puzzles. The plot is not very deep and the transitions in the game did not really have much meaning but I did not mind. I just liked to be able to get my mind off of things and this was perfect. And the randomness actually made sense in that this game is kind of a dream sequence which, well, is not really coherent anyway.

I have been playing these games for quite a while(addicted). This was such a good game. I can’t say enough positive things. The real film thrown in added this whole other level of engagement in the plot(which was excellent). If I was forced to say something negative,it would be the HOS were all the same type...but even they were fun!

Awesome, detailed graphics which I absolutely love. Really cool real-life person -- with narration! -- interspersed with color/gaming gameplay; very well-done!!!! It's like watching a movie and playing a game app and I really enjoy this combo. I'm not too far in the game but I totally plan on checking out all other apps by this developer! I'm in my 40s btw. Beautiful visuals, graphics.

At Last, a real game adventure!
This is a great game with a great story. I have been looking for this type of game for awhile and am so glad to have found this. I look forward to more of these blended realist and fantastic graphic mixes. My hat is off to you all and your families for developing a truly great production.

I love these kind of games
I really enjoyed this game. I wish it was longer though. Please make more like this one in the future. My favorite type of games are action adventure. Games like police quest or kings quest and this is very close to those games. Great job

Absolutely amazing!
As an interactive fiction writer and game designer, I must say, the concept of this game pulls you in from the very beginning. The writing and the directing are flawlessly executed, and both are refreshingly unique. It’s obvious that a group of similar minded artists worked together on this. Well done, and the feline assistant was the icing on the cake for this cat lady.

I don’t typically write reviews, but felt I needed to for this. Loved the real film interspersed with game play. Also appreciated Fragmented Hidden Objects scenes that once you found the parts of the object you had to use the object in the scene. Would LOVE to see more games like this! Bravo!

Good puzzles nice art long game play. Original cut scenes with some sort of plot - I never understand them but that’s okay. Bonus game. Might be a bit boring at times and ultra difficult at others - you can skip stuff though!

Stand out among HOG!
Absolutely amazed by this game...the story...the graphics, the hidden objects...and the truly human feel it brings. It makes you wish , that you were in it! Hope these guys make more games soon because id rate this as the best hidden object game ive ever played.
