A Los Angeles based concept- The NOW offers a space to escape the daily pressures of life and recharge your energy and spirit through the healing benefits of massage therapy. The NOW’s menu was crafted with the individual in mind with fully customizable enhancements from our new CBD balm add-on, to crystal healing, to our wildcrafted herbal heat therapy among others. Come in for a 25, 50 or 80 minute massage. Services are available in two separate areas: The Journey Room in Silver Lake is communal where we focus on the head and feet for a seated massage. The Moment Room is our private room where we provide relaxing full-body table massage. Current locations include: West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Silver Lake and Studio City. With expansion plans on the horizon, soon everyone will have the opportunity to experience what the buzz is about.

I’m giving the app a four because it’s gonna be slick. There are UI problems which are problematic and don’t make me want to stay in the app for very long.

Awful functionality
The website directs you to the app. The app doesn’t allow you to see upcoming or past appointments. That section crashes Every. Single. Time. Either build full functionality into the website or fix the app.

It’s lacking
Not a fan of website or app. It’s lacking knowing how many massages you have. It never lets me log in. It has me reset password and then it doesn’t work. And it’s not user error because I have tried for four months. I even contacted a manager.

Crashes all the time
No way these other reviews are real. Even the staff in the spa itself say the App is awful.
The App Fails to log me in half the time, and When it does it often crashes. So between the useless website and this app.. they have a serious need to improve!!
