Dabo999,
Enjoy reading about what’s going on in our state.
Always have, but with the e-edition it feels like reading an actual newspaper without having to leave the house to get it and without all that paper laying around. The sports section and Steve Lackmeyer are my favorites. The business section helps my husband and I stay up to date on what’s going on that could impact our business. My main complaint? Spelling errors. I was a Journalism major a million years ago and that is a pet peeve of mine.
10SOkie,
New app & E-edition
Forget reading a newspaper! This app and all the new modifications leaves you trying to figure out how to find what you want to read. It is not user friendly. It is hard to find the arrows to advance pages if you make print larger. It is hard to get back to your page when you do select an article to read. It’s hard to find a special section of interest. There is very little news and mostly ads. The E-edition from previous apps was the best way to find anything, and all of that has disappeared. The symbols to replace that format are misleading and the pop ups are annoying and are often difficult to remove leaving one in a quandary of where the newspaper went. I can’t rate it below a 1, but it should have a negative rating!!
RV and Caribbean Junkies,
Oklahoman App is a convenient option
As a digital only subscriber to the Oklahoman, I’ve been reading it for some time on the browser. I downloaded the app out of curiosity, and was pleased to discover that it is the same app as the other newspaper to which I subscribe digitally. So no learning curve.

The only negative comment I have, and my reason for 4 stars, is that the app frequently omits the comics. So I have to go online with the browser to read the comics, then go back to the app for stories.
John A Fuller MD,
I miss the Oklahoman
I’ve been able to adjust to the print replica; still miss the physical paper. But the paper. Has been decimated in the last 6 mos. or so. No marriage/divorce info. I used to anxiously await the Sat issue to look at the real estate transactions. Finally in the last several months the listings were more complete, stretching into two pages, then poof it was gone all together. If you get rid of the death/ obits I’ll be done !!!!!!!!!!! I would add, very poor “local coverage”. Also layout. You can’t seem to finish even a short story without continuing 2 inches several pages away.
HookedOnSuccess,
Easy to Use and Timely Delivery
This app has solved a huge dilemma for me. Living in a smaller community in Oklahoma, we were informed that cuts were being made and our paper would be mailed instead of delivered to our address.

The answer to our dilemma was quite simply given to us through this app. Good job, team!

Impossible to click on pictures
The journalism is fine, but when you try to click on a picture to read the full blurb or zoom in on a picture you’re taken to a video ad that’s impossible to back out of. I just have to close down the whole app to avoid seeing an unwanted video ad. Especially annoying when I’m already paying for a subscription.
Old Pa Pa,
Review
I really enjoy reading our paper on my phone. I enjoy the ability to make the print larger and easier to read. I also enjoy your efforts to be fair and tell both political views. I also enjoy your sports reporting. The paper represents professional sports, college and high schools well. Thank you!

Daily news
Good app. Easy to use . It has several enhancement features which allow you to pick articles and put them back. It has an easy to use magnifying feature. It’s as good as getting a daily print version if only you could smell the ink
mrmpaque,
Almost there
We hung on to our beloved “real” newsPAPER until recently. It was hard not to have the feel of the actual paper in my hand. But, I am used to it and only wish I had the Sunday edition in paper. I’m getting there……

With a new 12” iPad, it’s really easy to enjoy the E-version.
ShomiDon,
The Oklahoman
Although the Oklahoman doesn’t always express my views, I comprehend the bias.
It is more logical than the New York and the
Los Angeles Times. I appreciate being informed
of national as well as local news. I enjoy working the puzzles everyday and the comics give some
relief to the tensions that exist in the world.
The sports coverage is not as up to date and informative as it once was; however, we can
get a lot of that information on our cellphones
instantly anyway. I enjoy having access to USA Today and the many extra publications as well.
Thanks for the work you guys do.
