The app in-cludes an innovative scanning technology, which is easy to use and enables the company to produce gog-gles that are fitted to your facial structure. Follow these 3 simple steps and your first ever custom fitted swimming goggles will be on their way to your mailbox!

Main features in the app
Scanning Technology:
The scanning technology is proprietary and is developed with the purpose of securing an optimal fit of your goggles. This will minimize discomfort and prevent water leakage. The scan is easy to complete and typically takes less than a minute. See the scanning introduction videos in the app and follow these instructions when you do the scan:
- Access to high-speed internet, preferably Wi-Fi
- Check that you have constant light exposure
- Have your back against an even surface (e.g. a wall or a door)
Manage your orders:
If you have already bought your goggles via our website, you can login to the app and your account will automatically have a voucher equal to your purchase. All you have to do is complete the scan and select your color/mirror option.
If you have not yet bought your goggles, you can purchase them goggles directly in the app. Simply follow the 3-step process described at the top.
Reorder goggles from your purchase history. We will register your previous purchases in your app. This way it is easy to reorder your favorites. You can also reorder for your family members if they have used your ac-count to do their scan.

In the app you can browse through our product catalogue to find your favorite goggles. You can see non-mirror and mirror coating to find out what best suits your needs.

Thank You from EMS Worker!
Just heard from a co-worker you were manufacturing and shipping a set of goggle to first responders for free! Thank you so Much for your willingness to support people on the front lines during these unprecedented times. Went through your incredibly easy scanning and ordering process in just a couple minutes and eagerly await the set of clear lenses (although mirrored would have been really cool). Can’t wait for when this all starts to ramp down and the pools open back up. I’ll be ordering a couple sets for sure and you’ve probably just made a customer for life.

Never got my order, been about a year now..
When I placed the order I did the scan, they worked on the glasses then they shipped it. I waited a few weeks nothing came and tracking wasn’t updating. I emailed them they said it got lost in the mail… that they’ll reship them. I said okay and I waited. I received the new tracking number and got a notification that it shipped. I waited. Tracking was not updating and showed it didn’t get touched by the shipper just like the previous one. They emailed me saying there was a problem with the scan that I had to do another facial scan. I told them that couldn’t be the problem because It said that they won’t ship unless the scan is completed and the glasses were made… how could you even ship them if the scan wasn’t good? Why not tell me that when I placed the order right away? Why wait a few months after placing the order to tell me the facial scan wasn’t good?
They never replied back to my email asking those questions it’s been a year almost. And never sent my glasses out or issued me a refund. They took my money, came up with a excuse, after confronting them they stopped communicating.

Amazing product and app
I love swimming but don’t do it as I never find goggles that fit. A friend recommended themagics and I decided to give it a try. Not only is it an innovative and overdue concept, but they make it so easy: in the app, all you do to link your order is to enter your email address, and then do a quick facial scan. Can’t wait to get my goggles and see how well they work!

Not impressed
I will admit, I have not received my goggles but so far I am not impressed. First, the face scan literally takes 6 seconds. Doing the scan so fast can seem like a good thing. However, having dealt with other face recognition apps that take much longer in scanning your face makes me think the scan can’t be of very high quality. I emailed several times to express this concern and I have received absolutely no response. They are very good at sending you a lot of unsolicited e-mail. Perhaps I am wrong and will be delighted with the quality of the goggles but based on my experience so far I am not keeping my hopes high. As I said, not impressed

I really wanted to like the Magic 5. I had seen a lot of promo for them with different pro athletes and the goggles look great so I decided to give it a go. I ordered 2 pair and used the app to scan my face which was an easy process. Order was accurate and on time. However the one thing that you really need goggles not to do is leak and these things are the leakiest goggles I have ever owned. I swam competitively for over 10 years and have probably owned 50+ pairs of goggles in my life and these these 2 pair are the only ones I recall giving me so much trouble. I have tried every suggestion on adjusting the fit to no avail. Whelp back to the non custom Roka or speedo goggles for me.

Works well, slight glitches but nothing too bad
The app works great, takes only five or so minutes and is pretty smooth. The actual scanning screen doesn’t fit on the whole screen (not just on my iPhone SE, same thing with the 7 and 6) and there is an annoying clip that you must watch every time you scan your face- which I had to do multiple times do to user error. Other than that it worked well and did its job! All that’s left is too see how the actual goggles work!

I want to the am everyone at The Magic 5 for the donation of goggles for use as EMS PPE during the CV19 pandemic. Their donation of goggles to frontline EMS workers is above and beyond. Thank you for everything you are doing!!! Bonus is when the pandemic is over we can use them during our water rescue calls/training! 👍👍

Horrible App Misleading and tries to make you order more than one set of Goggles
Ordered a pair of goggles over the Internet then had instructions that I needed to download the scan app for my face to order. It would then transferred the order over to this app. That did not happen it said I had to re-input my information and created another order saying now I’m ordering TWO sets of goggles
It was very difficult to get a hold of customer service to try to get this incident Repair
Received a an email and push notification on the app that my goggles were starting to be processed went into the app saw that the one item was canceled try to clear the cancel item and the app said I was re-ordering the canceled item.
This foggy app needs a lot of changes and updates so it works properly for anyone that needs to use it for proper fit of these specialized goggles.

What a quick and seamless experience it was to order these goggles! The facial scan worked the first time and took just a few seconds. It was a really cool experience creating a custom product right in the app. My goggles arrived and they fit me absolutely perfectly. This is a game changer.

Ordering customer service is a nightmare
Ordered a gift card, came late for Christmas due to an error in their internal ordering system. When you try to use gift card the ordering email is required-however the system doesn’t allow it to be entered. No one picks up the phone when you call. This has been a very difficult process. Hopefully the goggles are better than the ordering process. I may never know!!
