For only about $12 a month you get workouts way better than any personal training session you could ever get in a gym. And there are 100’s of them to choose from!! Everything from CrossFit style, Hiit, combat, yoga, cycling, body weight only, heavy lifting, 8x8, the variety is amazing! Lisa and her sister and friend Aaron bring workouts that are challenging, keep pushing your body, and never get stale. Every level is welcome, every workout can be modified for beginners to advanced. I have tried Zgym (too easy), Sweat (also too easy and short), and Beachbody. The Wkout is less scripted, more real, and the community that comes with it on Instagram and Facebook is phenomenal. Love this app and this program so much!! Over the last 3 years I’ve lost 15 pounds, gained confidence and muscle tone with Lisa and recovered from a postpartum body. It’s amazing!!
