OrisonFan,
So fun & cool
Every time I am messin around with this, people freak out on how cool it is. Excellent for road trips. I wish there was more to it but, really fun to come up with ideas to play on real instruments. I love it!!!
mikezot,
Boring and not worth it as of right now.
You touching it barely does anything. Same music over and over. Should add more interactive Content and sounds. Example : different geometric shapes, unique sounds. I’ll let you decide what type of contents you think it needs. As of right now, I think the product is not worth the $1.99.

Awesome
Love it!

“Not Available in Your Area”
What does that even MEAN? It’s a simple musical app, not cryptology! And I live in America, not North Korea!

And I just checked. It’s not April Fool’s Day!!

Not Good
Not enough variation and settings are minimal. Not worth paying $1.99!!
Rekx,
Thanks for the update!
I'm glad that you took my criticism as constructive, true artists! Thanks for updating, it is a lot more enjoyable now. Keep up the good work!

Original post
It's a cool application I think, but I think it also needs work. (updates would be awesome!) The price is too high for what it really is. (it's more or the same expense as bloom, only bloom is totally awesome) You cannot do very much with this app at all.

The visuals are very cool because I hadn't ever seen anything like it before. Plus it is fun to see the everchanging patterns you can create.

I wish I had more control over how it sounded. It seems moving your finger around the screen only minimally changes what you hear.

I know if you hold 2 fingers on it for a little while, both the visuals and the sound drastically change. I tried other finger combinations to no avail. Is this it? No instructions are given( I believe)

It might be cooler if more things like this happened, and you could more drastically manipulate the sounds, and if it was cheaper.

I still appreciate all the hard work put into this app though, very cool guys.
ding0tr0n,
good fusion of sound and visuals
I could see how people could find the music raucous, but I'm down with it. I like the concept of being able to use your fingers to mess around with sound. This app implements that concept well, so A+ for me! And on top of that there's a visual aspect!

It is sometimes difficult to change modes with the 3 finger gesture. Either fix the gestures or add some kind of button to change modes. The tilty thing isn't cutting it for me either.

A function to change the genre or tempo would be neat. This might be asking too much, but more visual modes would be just fabulous too
Bee-Z,
Be your own autechre
Very addictive, and has more depth than I was expecting. In general, audio frequently sounds crummy on digital devices but the choice of sounds and interactiveness of thicket overcome these weaknesses and exploit the strengths of this mini touch computer we call an iPhone. Now if they would just pair up with Oval, Autechre or Pita or other tech-savvy musicians of that ilk and release music in an interactive format like this, then we'd have a more sustainable model for (at least a certain type of) music releases in the digital era.

Mesmerizing artistic experience
Oh yes! More of this please. I'm enjoying the generative art experience. Very simple and easy to use.

If I might throw a few ideas out there, maybe add accelerometer for additional control for the "pros". Also can this baby output to external video? That would be fantastic for live performance or even home experimentation in the living room.

Beautiful!
artistjsudler,
Beautifully intoxicating
This is one of those wonderful interactive apps that will keep you mesmerized. Kudos to the developers of this one. I am a sculpture grad working the relationship between sound and carved stone. Five minutes with this app has sparked so many incredible images and possibilities in my work. Thank you for this great app!
