Thirteen Explore Hack 3.0.4 + Redeem Codes

Thirteen’s productions are totally engrossing programs. The series are so enjoyable, I find myself thinking about the plots and characters the next day. Sunday is my favorite night which it used not to be as the next day is work. Monday nights too can be exciting watching taped Masterpieces I didn’t get to see on Sunday.

Passport offers me entertainment at all times at my pace. It also affords “catch up” with missed episodes.

I'm glad that PBS is making it easier to stream their excellent content. I'm proud to support them as a Passport member. The app does sometimes freeze on the ads or fail to open the selected video. The video player is just the built-in Apple player so it doesn't have features like remembering your position, or the "rewind 10 seconds" button.

Most annoying for me, though, is that it doesn't list the episodes in order, or keep track of what you've watched already. So if you're returning to a multi-episode show, you have to remember what you've seen and hunt around for the right episode.

The basic application provides limited functions without difficulty. The problems abound for those who attempt to use the "Passport" functions following membership. Thirteen's tech support is limited to compound the issue. One would think that Thirteen would have their act together to provide flawless access as a member who attempts to use the Passport function to access premium program. Unfortunately that is not the case. Thirteen has created a paywall that is difficult for even members to navigate. The lack of adequate Techsupport makes the process just a frustrating experience. Bottom line join another station instead in the PBS network and hope for a better experience.

It seems that the bugs that have plagued this app in the last few years are still a problem, especially the fact that the app does not bookmark one’s spot when one leaves the program. If I simply pause the program to return to it in 5 or 10 minutes, the entire app freezes and I have to reboot it. Shame on Thirteen for not getting its act together.

The content is generally superior. The technological quality seems to be a bit beyond what this particular service can consistently provide. I’ve had to develop a plan ‘B’ for those nights when I wish to treat myself to entertainment of the literary or mind opening kind. These are rarely found elsewhere other than on the ‘not for profit’ family of radio/podcast & TV/video stations.

I'm thankful this app gives me the ability to Chromecast, but it could be majorly improved. Firstly, please add the option to display closed captions. Second, the app should keep track of where I am in watching in an episode when casting. In actuality, if i close the app when casting, but don't pause the video and try to return to the app a few minutes later, the app displays that I have restarted the video. Then, if I want to rewind, I have to make a blind guess at where I should move the tracker. Improve these and it would be ace!

This is my favorite channel because there are so many great shows to watch and the subject matter is so varied. However, it seems that a lot of the shows aren’t available on the channel 13 app, such as the Doc Martin series and some of the specials. If more of the content were available, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Channel 13 has consistently provide quality education as well as entertainment for the whole family. I have found I am watching less of the on air cable channels and PBS and it’s affiliates have filled my need for entertainment.

I can always count on channel 13 PBS to enlighten my day. Their movies they choose as well as original pieces like Mr. Rogers documentaries are always excellent and worth watching. And their health practitioner physicians are not charlatans but bonafide doctors with the latest information to impart. Their British imports are the best. I love channel 13 and I bet that the children who watch it love it too.

13 provides the truth with objectivity through their standard employing honored investigating journalists and their responsiveness to worldwide events which touch the lives of everyone everywhere. They widen our world, in news, science, history, individuals of influence and art, taking us beyond horizons with deep thought and integrity.
