Clinical techniques allow users to build resilience to stress, improve sleep and reduce anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Modules include Meditation, Calm Breathing, Deep Muscle Relaxation and more, with customisable soundscapes and lengths to easily fit into your daily life.
The app provides access to a full, qualified digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme without wait times, effective in treating and preventing anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.
Clinical Screening
Users are provided with clinically-validated screening scales (PHQ-9/GAD-7) to detect common mental health conditions early and get the right support.
In-app Therapy
For further support, individuals can speak to a qualified therapist directly in the app. If eligible, sessions can be offered via text, phone or video call. Therapy is fully confidential and users can access as many sessions as they need without the limits of traditional services.
Therapists will also proactively reach out to users who show symptoms. This means we can catch many more individuals who may not have asked for help and avoid conditions worsening.
