Tooth Notes records notes about your teeth. It helps you talk with your dentist by remembering information about a tooth or gum. In the 3D view, drag to rotate teeth. Tap a tooth or gum to create or edit the note for that tooth. Type a note, enter a date. Check lists record pains and dental work. Contains a full set of 32 adult teeth including wisdom teeth.

Worthless!!!
This application does not allow the user to keep a historical summary of treatments . . . by date . . . for a given tooth. It does not list inlays and onlays as treatment options. It does not identify teeth by their respective tooth number. In it's present form, I consider this application to be worthless. Hopefully, upgrades will correct these deficiencies. With a well thought out design, this could be a very useful application.
