BrainDeadGamer69,
Offer something besides just viewing collections
For everyone that has been complaining about this (graveyard) archive app. Do you remember when you looked at Topps digital rules it clearly states that you are not given the permission or rights of any card that you (buy) collect. As time passes you will see everything come to this app Bunt, Marvel, Star Wars, WWE, ALL Topps Digital Apps will eventually be put into the so called graveyard. I’m not completely upset about it but just would like to ask you guys if you could please allow us to trade with each other within the app. I know you guys aren’t making any money off this app but please try and understand that all of your customers (put together) have spent a ton of money over the years and just viewing your personal account is kind of boring and pointless if nobody else can interact with it. Please make the right decision here guys and allow your Topps Fans to have a better experience within the app by allowing us to trade with each other regardless of your not going to be able to make any money in the future of us. TIME TO DO THE RIGHT THING HERE GUYS!!!!
uoflcards2,
Do not spend money on any topps app
I do not recommend spending any money with any of this company’s apps. After witnessing how they handled huddle at the end and leading up to it the company has shown to their once loyal customers how terrible of a company they are. The worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Spent loads of money collecting and received as little updates possible to trick there customers into spending as much money as possible to the very end. And followed up with 0 customer support, no answers and I could go on and on. Topps is a trash company. Will never use any of their other apps and will tell everyone I know not to waste there time on any of them as well.
Aerokossa,
Cartel Graveyard Long Game Grifters
Ever since Disney VMK and FB The Sims game going under, all these collection apps just seemed like money making gimmicks to scam from the addicted. Even blockchain is no better than this when it comes to card collecting. You will own nothing but be happy lol. I don’t see why ppl waste money on digital crap they can’t own or resell. And the prices are insane. It’s more than a physical pack of cards but literally cost squat to make. I was addicted to the new gangster run topps but honestly, card collecting lost its appeal in the 90s. Wait until the create cards that can upgrade you Metaverse characters. U burn a card and the character gets a piece of that skill. But for now, I think someone should file suit against any company that sells you stuff you can’t own for insane prices. Now wth all that said. The other option will be they graveyard the old apps and when they create their own blockchain, it’ll all be under one app. So part of me is hopeful. But it looks like gangs are taking over everything
lxjljxl,
No support at all
Support is contacted about not being able to view favorites, or friends collections, and nothing gets done because Topps doesn’t care. Negative reviews are left because we can’t view favorites or friends collections, and nothing is done because Topps doesn’t care. Topps posts in the only article on Archive to contact customer support if we encounter any issues or to report a concern, but nothing gets done because Topps doesn’t care. Topps moved Huddle and Knockout, and will soon move TWDU collect, then they forget about the app and do nothing to support it, because Topps doesn’t care.

Fanatics, You’re Our Only Hope!
Hi Fanatics, As you read all these horrible reviews, they are all true and accurate. If you need any details about what happened, please reach out to me or the community.

Huddle was a great experience, with a great community/user base, that Topps allowed to slide down a cliff. People spent TONS of money. Cards were modified (backs particularly), and there’s no way to even share visibility of a collection with anyone else.

The bar is set very low, my friends. Anything you do will be appreciated, albeit know people are probably as frustrated as people can be.
kylorcn,
Offer Trading!!
I used use The Walking Dead Topps app religiously. I understand that maybe they were losing profits by continuing to pay AMC for the rights to make new sets, especially since TWD isn’t as popular as it once was, but the least they could do for long-time paying customers is allow us to trade with each other. The graveyard description of this app is a good way to say how it feels coming on here. Just looking at the cards I once acquired through trading and/or other means. It’s very sad, allowing trading might make it less depressing.
MP Hack,
Topps doesn’t understand functionality
By far the worst website and app ever made. Do not use either absolute waste of time and energy. They’re literally the only company in the world that fails at this. Garbage is the only way to describe Topps online services. Frustrating to the point when it finally worked, I decided not to order anything because if they wanted me to order something they wouldn’t make the process so infuriating. Hopefully Fanatics gets it right, Topps definitely did not.
Unique nickname 127856,
It’s something...
At least Topps recognized that the plug couldn’t be pulled entirely without killing the digital card market. Their solution is an app that gives you access to your collection and nothing else.

All my cards are here. They can be searched and sorted (although not by favorites for some reason, even though cards can still be favorited). There is also an option to view all cards. Hilariously, my coins and diamonds also transferred.

There is no option to trade, acquire new cards, or view anyone else’s collection. There is no way to post messages or interact with other users at all.

In short, Topps created an app to view your cards that will require minimal effort on their part to oversee and maintain.
loyal digital customer,
Shame on u Topps
This app is where all your Topps digital centralized cards & the money you used to buy them go to DIE. It’s the Topps digital graveyard. Sorry to all you Topps digital die-hard Huddle Football card collectors; Topps won’t support your collection investment in the long-run. The digital cards you paid money to Topps for are now view-only and completely worthless. So disappointed in Topps for not supporting its digital products & customers. Topps, WHY do you sell digital cards that your customers can NOT own, Trade or INTERACT with?
MacSince'85,
Major Flaw
Besides the overall disappointment with losing the ability to use my hard earned collection as I see fit I have run into a major flaw with this app.

I have different usernames on all Topps apps. There is no way to switch between my archived accounts (currently SLAM and TWD) within the app so if I would like to look at my other set I must completely delete the app and reinstall then login to that set. This is poor design Topps.
