Arena needs fixing.
This game is a blast to play. I have played others that are similar, but they are too ungiving when it comes to the players needs. The games have to make some REAL MONEY to keep going, & that’s a fact; but to overcharge for all the needed items is ridiculous. This game is definitely more generous with giving out needed equipment rewards.
There is, however, a big difference within the game as far as giving Dragon Coin (gold) rewards & Dragon Coin (gold) prices charged for what players need. The gold for rewards is eked out a little at a time, whereas the gold charged for what is needed is about 10 times what is given for rewards. That is the main thing that blocks building up the heroes & needs to be greatly adjusted. When that is fixed, I’ll raise my star rating.

I’ve been playing this game for about two months now, and I have to say I’ve been really enjoying it. I was looking for a mobile game that I could play in short bursts multiple times a day and this one really fits the bill.
Let me start off by saying that some of the other reviews are right, it is a shameless ripoff of Idle Heroes in almost every way, but I don’t care. On the other hand, some of the other reviews are wrong, you don’t need to spend money to get above a five star character, it just takes time. If you want to spend money it’ll obviously be faster like any other mobile game. To date, I’ve spent $30 to get VIP 3 status but at that time I already had one six star character and several five star.
Overall I do enjoy it, it seems like the developers update it frequently which I like. There have been several server outages which the developer made good on by providing free gems to everybody affected. The only things I don’t like our some poor English translation and the canned responses to reviews depending on whether they’re good or bad. Still 5 stars.

Nostalgia for Soul Calibur
I’ve been playing pvp video games all the way back to the Sega Dreamcast and Soul Calibur 2. This is a real throwback to the single player mode of Soul Cal 2, with the tournament style and the npcs and playable characters coming from the same list. It’s still an app game, so there are limitations compared to a computer or console game. As expected, you don’t operate your own character in the fight, but you have a lot of variability that lets you enjoy more strategy and control than I’ve encountered in apps like this. You have five types of heroes (Mage, Priest, Ranger, Warrior, Assassin) from six races (Scourge, Human, Demon, Darknight, Shadow, Light). The character design from race to race is very distinctive, and even from within a race the characters appear unique from one another. Overall, a pretty satisfying game as far as apps go for free-to play (like me) or pay-to-play, wherever your inclination leans.

Great Game
My wife was fond of Idle Heroes, but the graphics in that game were too childish and cartoonish for my taste. I prefer the look of this game a great deal more, which is what got me to give it a try in the first place. I would not even mind if the art style was even a little more mature. I’m mentioning that other game because the two have similar play styles. This game is F2P with in-app purchases, but I find a once-a-month diamond subscription gives me a lot of options. It is completely playable without a purchase, but it will take you longer to get certain heroes. Most of the baselines heroes can be advanced to become as powerful as you need with no purchases, it just takes time. As with any of these games, you can accomplish more than you think with patience and planning and a little saving up for events.

Best idle game
Prob the best idle game out there love the heroes the tier progression theres so much to unlock in the game the only two things i would improve is one more trophies i feel like the game gives us alot for just doing random things but people like me who love trying to get all the trophies would want frequent updates on more trophies like wierd ones. Also i feel like u should be able to go back to old missions and replay them or even have a smash option like the tower last thing is a way of getting free vip exp doesnt have to be alot but ive seen vip exp given for free through the trophy system so if theres a way to implement that it would be great you could do something like an easy trophy would give u less vip exp and a harder one that takes a long time to complete should give u a decent amount

Trial of hero’s
I have been playing for about a month , yes this game cost alot of money but what game does not ? I noticed this game helps out on gems then most of the the games out there ,this is my first review on this game I’m in the learning stage ! So give me two weeks and I will come back with a better review. I’m trying so hard just for one 6 star some people say they got gifted a 6 star in two days ,I do not believe that atall? Just pay attention to all the awards they really help out alot and join a guild right away you need perks ! I’m enjoying it trust me I have my ups and downs some days , try it out for a few months that’s what I’m going to do before I start spending a ton of money ! I wait to always feel out the game before I give all my money away good look hope you enjoy the game !!

Worth your minimal time investment...
I started uncertain if I was going to enjoy this game and it has turned into a really pleasant experience. Once you have the routine down, it only takes about 5-10 minutes to run through your daily quests and then you leave your troops to farm on their own.
There is a significant wall, whether it be defined as a pay wall or a time wall is entirely up to you, but it is there. 5 star hero’s will come but those 6 stars are behind that wall.
I’ve been playing a couple of months, am about to become VIP 3, and have still not attained my first 6 star hero. But, the experience itself, if you are willing to accept the wall is still worthwhile.
Give it a look... you might just stick around like I did. ;)

Mature version of idol hero’s
The game is fun and I don’t have to be on all hours of the day to level up. The support is quick to respond to issues. The biggest problem is getting people to continue to be active. It only takes maybe 30 minutes a day to get through the daily list and then you have the weekly events. You can easily play this and several other games and you don’t have to spend a ton to get ahead. Just be smart and save resources. Don’t get caught up trying to race to upgrade hero’s so fast.
One suggestion would be more guild events. Or something people can do that want to spend more time in game. Too many younger players get flustered easy and give up and leave the server.

The game is a test of temperance in that it pays to wait for events to spend resources, but in my opinion that makes it more fun because when you finally get to shell out during an event the rewards are excellent and then you can usually push to a new tier or two on the added power of spending your hoarded tokens/cards/orbs plus the rewards for using the featured resource during the event.
Anyway, I like it a lot.

Underhanded Business Tactics
This developer has a track record of releasing new stronger Light and Shadow heroes with great skills only to turn around once the initial summoning events are over and nerf these skills.
This makes it easier for them to then release normal, almost free heroes with highly incentivized summoning events whose skills will cancel out one or more of the premium heroes.
I don’t have a problem with paying for premium content but it doesn’t make me happy when, instead of the normal course of power creep making these heroes less powerful over time, this company just goes in when it feels like it and weakens the skills that the people that actually pay to play this game paid for. Some consider this bait and switch and some might argue that it’s not but when it has become the norm it most certainly is.
This makes it easier for them to then release normal, almost free heroes with highly incentivized summoning events whose skills will cancel out one or more of the premium heroes.
