LOVE the game
Update: the issue described below is now fixed. This developer is five stars from me! They not only have an excellent series of games including this title, but they are very responsive to user feedback and questions. Thanks!
I like the game very much. Giving it a three star rating because I’m on chapter 14/Santa’s House and can’t get past the wooden chest puzzle in the stable. I’ve connected all the rectangles with what seems to be the correct number of lines but the game doesn’t advance. I’ve even found other solutions (with a couple of variations on my original solve) but it remains stuck on that puzzle. Oddly, there is no “?” link for instructions (the first time this feature has been missing in all these titles I’ve played) so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I downloaded the version update of a couple days ago but no change. Even walkthroughs found on line aren’t helpful (yeah I know that’s cheating lol) as they have a completely different layout of the boxes with Roman numerals. Any ideas what I’m missing?

Love the game! One small issue
Firstly, let me say that this game is awesome! I’ve progressed through all of the scenes with fairly minimal difficulty. The scenes are not overly challenging, but incredibly fun to play. You’ll still need to put your thinking cap on, but won’t be pulling your hair out.
The only issue I’ve come across is in the Santa scene. There is a number puzzle, where you need to connect each number to the next with as many lines as the number indicates, however the inventory menu does not drop down for me, so I’m unable to see the bottom row of numbers. It allows me to do the puzzle, and I believe I’ve gotten the puzzle correct, however when I do that, rather than allowing me to progress further, the game freezes. I can still click on my inventory, but the rest of the game remains frozen. I’ve started the scene over three times and the same issue arises.
This was the first time in any of the Five-BN games that I’ve experienced this. All the Five-BN games I’ve played have been awesome though! Keep up the good work!

One problem
I deeply recommend this game it is very addicting!!!! But one thing, The ad watching. Now I don’t mean that I don’t like the ad watching but every time I watch ads for hints every other ad doesn’t reward you with a hint, so I have to watch DOUBLE the ads for the same amount please fix this because this game is so awesome and I don’t want people playing this thinking it’s 3 star worthy😅over all this is a great game

I love this game but I found a glitch
In the Episode Santa’s house, I put the two tokens in the box in the reindeer stall and solved the number puzzle (they were all green), but nothing happens. When I ask for clues, it takes me to the same puzzle, so I know there isn’t anything I am missing. However, there is no way out of the puzzle even after you solve it. Also in the same puzzle, it does not have the typical reset button or question mark for instructions. I figured it out on my own and like I said, I solved the puzzle but nothing happens. Definitely a program glitch.

Meets my standards for a good escape point and click. Good puzzles. Not really any hidden-object stuff (thank you). Genuine F2P (I didn't pay anything). I especially liked that there wasn't anything horrible or scary in it.

LOVE this game
I love ALL the games from this developer, and I’ve played ALL of them more times than I care to admit, but I especially liked this one. It DEFINITELY wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t impossible. I also liked the sense of satisfaction I got when I would finally figure out parts I was struggling with. I look forward to the “coming soon” levels, and all I ask is that you PLEASE make more games like this one!

Picture coloring too small for tablets, smaller touch screen devices
hi Devs, First of all let me express my deepest sympathies to you in the Ukraine. Please be safe and God bless that this horrible war ends soon. Now Bout the game: Mice count is somehow not correct. But the biggest problem is that the picture coloring won’t work on IPAD. As mentioned in one of my Lost Lands reviews, pictures to be colored have to be not that miniature as nobody can fill them correctly on an IPAD or other smaller touch screen device. Please either make the pictures bigger or introduced a zoom or magnifying glass function. Also, please, get these stupid and unplayable “action games” out of the hidden object game. When I would like to play an action game I would download one, but if I download a HOG I don’t want to be bothered with actions, which on a tablet are impossible to win!!!

Can’t back out of scenes
I am playing on iPad Pro and keep having to start over because I can’t back out of scenes. There is no back arrow or x to close scenes in order to complete other areas. I found the handle for the well, but can’t back out of the scene to go back to the well, unless I use coins. Even if I start all over, I still will not be able to back out of the scene after finding the well handle.
There is no way to back out of the full screen scenes unless I buy coins to use a hint. It is ridiculous not to be able to back out/close out a scene to progress in another area, when I have gathered all of the items from the scene.

Amazingly difficult!
I’m usually pretty good at these kinda games and I LOVE Five-BN games and have played many but this one was a tad too hard for me. I found a walk through I used a couple times when I was super stuck. But it got hard pretty quick! And some things you have to get, you can’t even see!
I recommend this on the iPad (which is what I use) and maybe better luck than me if the brightness was up more.

Best game ever! The graphics eclipse so many other games. The animations, especially the critters, are fabulously creative and amusing. The many many inventive, non-repeating mini games within the larger game challenged me at the perfect level. The game takes a good amount of time to finish and it’s all so enchanting.
