Bad app
Usually I don't care if the app is so bad but this one is terrible you have to get the premium it won't let me click on anything I don't know if it's the TV or the app they said that they fix the bugs but they did not! And they made you think that you had to get the prescription but all you had to do was school down!!!!! edit it's in small font too😭

I love the app it seems to work great but how do I connect it if I don’t have internet... like I just moved and lost the remote there’s no way I can connect my tv to the internet to beable to use the app

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!
I downloaded this app as a short term solution, and I intended to use the 3 day trial and cancel, but I forgot and got charged $25 for a year - my own fault, so that’s not the issue. BUT the app itself is garbage and filled will ads anyway. You have to pay $8/month or $25/year to use an ad-filled app. Paying the fees doesn’t remove the ads either. On top of that it’s not even a good remote app. Just find another one - hopefully this saves somebody some money.

I tried five remote apps and this one was the worst
You can’t even test this one because there are so many ads. It’s absurd. What’s more absurd though is they want a monthly or yearly fee to use this and the official LG app (called Smartify in the app store) worked the absolute best. It’s a one off payment. I don’t remember what I paid now but I think it was 4 dollars maybe? I’ve been through so many of these apps but Smartify is the only one I keep returning to. It’s well worth the money. This one is a waste of time.

No Enter/Select Button
This app is useless. Instead of having a select button in the center of the arrows, it has a back button. There is no select button anywhere on the app. It would probably be there if I purchased in-app upgrades. But the app should have at least basic functionality without me having to purchase upgrades. I’m deleting it.

Don’t waste your time or money
I downloaded this after the remote to my LG WebOS TV stopped working. This app essentially FORCES you to purchase a subscription. I did so, only to find that NONE of the buttons (except the power button) works. Ended up going with ThinQ, which has worked amazing. Wish I could rate this garbage app zero stars. I’m also in the process of finding if I can get a refund.

Have to pay to use
What this app won’t tell you is that it’s completely useless unless you pay for it. I got the app to be able to access my TVs apps after my dog broke our remote, and I can’t do that unless I pay $8 a month. Also the ads cover most of app and are very distracting. Very disappointing, would rather just pay for a new remote

This works great; simple. I'm glad they had a pin to enter. I lost my tv remote tv so I needed to type a pin to connect. No regrets here.

Absolutely Useless
Installed the App and connected to my LG tv fine , but after I turn the TV off and back on the APP says to connect to a device , the device shows but won’t connect , the only way to reconnect is to delete the App and start again ! What a piece of JUNK ! I would give it 0 stars if I could
