Content for younger people... Subtitles too small
Themes are interesting for younger more than older people probably. I'm in my forties and found boring. Disappointed because it had an actor I loved from Laakhon mein ek but this show was less deep. American channels have bigger subtitles in English which I prefer. Found myself having to look down too long at subtitles. Nice aesthetics to the shows which I enjoyed. Writers could use work in my opinion. Production quality or at least quality of shows transmitted were rough on my iPad. Can't imagine watching on TV if it's this bad on my iPad unless it's better on TV. Content too silly for me or too irritating in terms of characters. After watching some content from India making it to America on other platforms I was disappointed.

The app needs a revamp!
Guys, you need to hire better app developers and fix the issues with app, specially casting functionality. The app is out of layout, outdated and super buggy! Accessibility is super hard and the most annoying thing is that once app goes in the background it starts from the beginning when it comes back to foreground.

Thanks for releasing apple tv app and ipad app
A few months ago i wrote a review asking you for apps for ipad and apple tv. You guys actually replied to that review letting us know that you had planned for both. Thanks so much. complain i now have is its very hard to search and watch new content... everything seems confusing and haphazardly placed. Also, the preview of videos are not well excecuted. If i click on series to watch. I expect it to play the episodes. But it starts playing promo first. I dont want to watch promo each time i open the app to play an episode of a series that i have already started watching... Please revamp the UI. But the quality if content is amazing!!!!! Thanks!

Very difficult to cancel subscription!!!
I have been trying to cancel subscription since a few months now. Emailed customer service and received an automated response saying they are looking into it. They keep charging $3.99 per month. There is no where either in the app or on their website a way to cancel the subscription. Their terms and use seems to have been copy pasted from somewhere else. It states we can cancel the subscription anytime but there is no where it on their website it gives that option. Beware of this as they will keep charging you this fee forever.

Needs revamp
Now that you have started charging annual subscription you really need to fix somethings.
1. Whenever I cast on my chromecast I get an error message window displayed on TV that the system can't buffer. Its a black translucent screen while the video keeps playing at the back. I have to close my app and restart again.
2. There should he an autoplay for the next episode in the series. Its so annoying to keep opening the app for every episode.

App is crashing
I had TVF before downloaded and subscribed just to watch Pitchers. I loved the app watch couple good series like Kota factory, Roommates and so. My subscription expired and i moved out of the app. I want to subscribe again and i downloaded the app but as soon as i try to sign in with my gmail the app crashes. Tried couple times but same thing. Tried turning off my phone to see if its my issue but seems like its and app. I really want to subscribe if you can get the issue resolved.

The app doesn’t work, don’t waste money/time!
I paid for yearly subscription few months ago. The app barely worked back then and with newer version of iOS, it has completely stopped working. So, basically the subscription money went down the drain. I don’t think the subscription money is too much for any of the customers to make a fuss about, so neither customers nor the TVF peeps are doing anything to fix it. Borderline fraudulent TBH.

Good content. App need serious improvement
The content is good but the apple play does not work, every time I try to cast on my Apple TV the app crashes. When using chrome cast the video quality drops tremendously making it impossible to watch. If you are charging customers your app needs to be properly tested, these are basic things which has to work.
