Beautiful story! Updated review.
Initially, I loved this game but ended up rating it only one star because, like the reviewer after me, I’d only been able to progress to a certain point. Like they said, it would take the tickets, but the choice I'd made would freeze and I wasn’t able to progress.
I’m not sure what happened to change this, as I never deleted or reinstalled the app, anything like that. I simply tried a few more times... and somehow it just worked, and today I was able to play it through to its conclusion.
Like 7 Days, this game is beautifully written and has a wonderful message at the end (well, I suppose that’s based on the ending you get). I got the kind-hearted one, after saving the kids with Luke by my side. I’d recommend this to anyone - hopefully it doesn’t glitch though like it did with me, and if it does, just keep trying several times to push past it before giving up.
Five star game. Thank you for the journey. I’ll likely delete the app now after changing my review (since I’m horrible with the storage on my phone!) but I’ll download another story. Once I’ve finished the others, I’ll likely come back to this one to play for other endings!
PS - to anyone complaining about the ticket system - is it really THAT bad? Just let the ads run while you’re reading a book or watching a show or something. That’s what I did, and I was able to play all the way through without having to buy any.

Love it too much 💖
I don’t usually write reviews. But this, this sparked the artist and writer within me XD it’s absolutely incredible. I really felt myself getting into the story and I don’t think I’ll feel the same with any other game. I’m up to 6 endings so far, and I’m trying to get the last one without being mean any of the characters, but I don’t think that’s how I’ll get it lol. Nonetheless, I love it. Hayden, Joan, River, Boss, all of their designs are amazing. At first I didn’t understand why we had so many choices about boss but I found that boss really cared about Eugene, and that’s what got me. I don’t know if the storyline is supposed to be this deep but I still really like it. I love getting the titles! I’m trying to get all of them and put the best one. I currently have the “ kind-hearted “ one. I really like this game and have recommended it to a few people, regardless of the ticket thing. The story imo is worth watching all those ads. This is very long but yep, 5 stars.

Everything is so beautiful!!!
The story, the art, the people, everything is very well planned and executed. I absolutely loved all the characters, especially Boss!! He seemed such a gentle person under that gruff exterior. And I cried so much throughout the story, there were so many lessons learned, and the main character grew so much.
I loved the animations as well, though I wish there were a way we could see the animations directly in the album! Right now we can only see still pictures, but I wish I could watch them over and over again!
All in all, this game was an amazing experience. I almost can’t believe it’s free, and while there are ads, they are at a very reasonable number, which is totally acceptable, especially for a game of this quality. Go download this game right now! You definitely won’t regret it!

I have developed an emotional attachment to this game
This game is just beautiful. The art, the music, the storyline, the gameplay, everything about it is perfect. I love playing it, it is incredibly enjoyable, it’s fun, it’s a majestic experience. The characters are well drawn, and well written, playing this is interesting and fun; this studio’s games altogether are superb. This game isn’t incredibly well-known, but it deserves to be—! I hope the developers of this continue making games, you can tell how creative, unique, and interesting they all are. Even if they don’t continue, I will still support them, for they have created two splendid apps already, and I love them both dearly. If you’re reading this, creators, I want to say, thank you for making this game!

I liked this game!
It’s obvious that the creators put a lot of thought and effort in this game and I genially liked this game. It’s got amazing art, amazing little animations, and the dialogue was pretty interesting and easy to fallow.
I liked that they put a little slider to how fast the dialogue can go, it really made it easy for me to play through, especially since it takes me a little while to read things.
I also liked the main premise of the game, I don’t want to spoil it too much so I’m not going to get into the story much. I just wanted to say that I’m glad that this game isn’t just your average romance game or action game that you see everywhere.

This. This game. It’s amazing.
I have finished playing today, and I just couldn’t get it out of my head. It made me cry, which never happens to me with visual novels. It made me rethink my whole personality, it made me realize more things than most people who came into my life. And, you know, this game became an underworld office of some kind to me. I don’t want to leave it, I want to know the story better, I want to be surrounded by the characters. I am mostly the same as Eugene, and I cannot stand returning to my usual life after this. He grew, I hope this helps me grow, too. Huge thanks to the whole team that worked on this! You made the best visual novel I have ever seen.

A beautiful game
The art is stunning, the storyline is amazing, and the characters are relatable and clearly well thought-out. I’ve completed this game multiple times just to see the amazing story, art, and characters again. I do wish it was a bit longer, and that you didn’t have to watch an ad every few minutes for more tickets, but overall there is practically nothing wrong with this game.
Not at all pay-to-win, and doesn’t take a ton of time nor speed by in a day!

This game is amazing.
Wow, where to start? This is one of the best games I have played in a long long time. I love the characters, the story, the art, pretty much everything about it. The story of this game is really touching, and actually made me cry at times. I can relate to the main character in a lot of ways, and it made me genuinely happy to see him grow. I usually don’t write reviews for games, but underworld office deserves all the praise it can possibly get! Please download this game, I promise you won’t regret it. Amazing game with surprising story
This game has a great story that is worth your time sometimes when you choose an option the game will freeze but if you wait like a minute it unfreezes. The story is great and has plenty of surprises and feels realistic (as realistic as you can be while having a story with supernatural ghosts). With you emphasizing with the characters and having a great time all the way. Summary: great game great story minimal problems and worth your time as a player. A rare gem on the App Store

WONDERFUL!!
In the beginning it’s kind of boring, but by the time I got to the second chapter I was fascinated. It’s amazing and so sad it made me cry. I would really recommend this game to anyone that hasn’t played it. I want to cosplay all of the characters. I’m seriously in love with this game. One thing is, I haven’t actually tried it, but since it’s such a good game I assume it requires WiFi. My dad doesn’t have WiFi and I don’t have cellular data so I can’t play it. But I would imagine if you did have data, it would use probably the same amount as texting, which is very VERY little. Overall great game. Love the characters. Wonderful.
