Thank you for fixing this. Ordering prescription refills is a breeze now. :)
The app seemed to work well for me until recently. I used to be able to refill my prescriptions with Express-scripts though the app. Now when you click on the “Search the Formulary” or the purple box “Refill a Prescription “, it just reloads the page. I’ve had to call Express-scripts to order refills which is an added annoyance. Please fix.

What’s the Function of an App if it’s Unusable?
EDIT: the error has been fixed! The app still is hard to navigate, and I still argue that it should be possible for UPMC to put all of their information in a single app instead of spreading it between four. But, I’m glad I can finally use it again.
I’m happy to edit this review when it’s working again, but for now, the app is a waste of space on my phone. Any time I log in, it has a “loading” screen then brings me back to the login page. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone, reset my password… no luck. All I want to do is check my deductible, but the app won’t even let me get in. The UPMC app system being so disjointed is a shame. I shouldn’t need four separate apps for a single insurance company. It’s not this hard.

Being able to see results of all my appointments and the doctors notes is GREAT!!!
Thus far I am quite pleased with the doctor interactions I’ve experienced and the great online UPMC experience!!

Continued fail for disabled 😡
UPDATE: Face ID NOT working. Why do J have Face ID enabled if your app is going to make me login with the password EVERY time anyhow!!? UPMC is becoming a royal pain and failure to patients

I sent a message that I was disappointed the upcoming change to OTC card STILL does not take into consideration those of us who do not drive. I then receive the scripted response and it says I can “Add a response” in 5 days. But there’s no way to do so! So I have to start this process all over again. Frankly getting fed up with the disabled who don’t drive being ignored. Not everyone on Medicare is over 65. Some of us are legally disabled and UPMC is failing us.

Can’t Log In
App has ZERO features if you can’t login past the screen that says LOGIN. This is not a password issue. I need this app to sync my Apple Watch to a fitness program through UPMC. I will NOT be logging my steps manually. Every other tracker can be set up online except Apple products require this app to sync. Apparently someone had this issue long before me. Why would I be able to login to every other UPMC web thing and the my UPMC app but not this one…which ironically reverts to Safari to log me in and “share my information” with the app.

Can't log in
Spent an hour, after setting everything up, trying to log in. Kept sending me back to the app's log in page. Decided to look at the reviews. Wow..this has been a problem with this app back, so far, for two year and you still haven't fixed it!?!? For shame!! I'll be deleting the app and just using the website. I'll also let my insurance agent know so he can inform a his customers and stop recommending downloading the app. Get you stuff together! Your customers deserve better service than this!

Easy answers, but
Was an easy way to check benefits, without waiting on hold and moving through multiple menus to try and get an answer. The live concierge was able to efficiently answer my questions, but something happened with the server and we got disconnected…that’s why it is not 5 stars

Very disappointed
Loved when they previously used MyChart app and I could email my doctor and check test results without having to log into a computer. Was wonderful to be able to access it during my lunch hour because we are not allowed to use company computers for personal business. Now I have to wait until I get home and most doctor’s offices do not take calls after 4:00 when you have questions. What should be made easier is not.

Can’t access payment link
When I try to use the “manage premium payments” link on my account page, the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. This has happened for several weeks now each time I try. I have had to pay over the phone. It would be great to have the link functioning. Thanks.

The app is useless and website poorly developed
I thought the app would be…well an app but it’s just a log in that takes you to the website. What’s the point? Go direct to the website. And then when you do, even after logging in, you still have to enter your member id, in a “box” that doesn’t appear on any mobile browser because it’s poorly coded. The other “MyUPMC” app is great though.
