The Jazz are on fire this season. Watching them is like opening my blinds after a dark night and letting the sunshine in! Decent, but nothing special
I liked the feature to be able to order food from the app and there are some neat ideas with the app. But it just lacks the polish of a really well-done app. It’s essentially just a wrapper around a bunch of web views, so it might as well just be accessible via a mobile website rather than requiring it to take up space on my phone (other than things like listening to the radio broadcast).
It was annoying that several screens took a long time to load. Many of them never did. If it were a native app, it would be significantly faster. I would love to dedicate a really nice, polished app to the Utah Jazz, but this doesn’t quite do it for me.
It would also be nice to be able to search for specific food items instead of having to go to each restaurant to look at their menu.

Radio feature erratic
I just cannot stand the fingernails on a blackboard voice of Holly Rowe, the lousy tv analyst who never has anything worthwhile to say. Therefore, when she’s working the Jazz games, I mute my tv and use the radio button on the Jazz app, where I can enjoy David Locke and Ron Boone. But sometimes, the radio doesn’t work at all, and sometimes, like the last broadcast on MLK day, 2023, the radio broadcast would just quit. I could restart it, but it would quit again, for no apparent reason. This was happening on all of my Apple devices. Please fix this…don’t make me listen to the vacuous, horrid Holly!

Location is always tracking
Great app. The only thing is that it tracks my location even when I’m not using the app. I don’t have the “always on” location setting on. I just have “while using the app”. I will even kill the app and I will still see the blue locating tracking in the upper left. I tap it and it takes me to this app. This is a bug that needs to be fixed. It is killing my battery.

In Burley Idaho Sparklight took away the AT&T station so I am thankful for Jazz radio on the Jazz app. New cable coming to Burley and losing Jazz broadcasts on Sparklight was last straw for me, a longtime Sparklight customer. I ordered service from new company when available. Hope Jazz available on new company. But no notice given me about broadcast not being available was the end.

Amazing app
I have gotten free food on this app 5 times! If you have this app, and the jazz win and score 111 points or over you can show them this app and the next day they win you can get a free Arby’s roast beef sandwich! Which usually costs $4 that is a $20 value for just owning this free app! And amazing at showing jazz game stats, and so much more!

Great Customer service
Was inbound to the Charlotte game from Southern Utah. We were late and I needed good parking. Downloaded the app to pay for 3 vehicles. Somehow I ended up buying parking for the next weekend. Sent in help request, had a refund by Monday morning. I’ll use the app for all my Jazz needs! Go Jazz ! Rip Kobe and all those who passed yesterday.

I love the wallpapers and you should keep adding them. I love the Jazz and was excited when I saw this app. It is an amazing app and I recommend it if you love the Jazz like me. The only thing that I don’t like in the app is the search Twitter button. It kinda blocks some of the info, and you should just remove it completely. Thanks!!

Great but need to fix a few things...
First of all on the wallpaper option it doesn’t let you save any of the wallpapers which makes it very hard to save them to your photos. Another this is in the photos section when you select save image it only saves the bottom half of the picture. I hope this feedback helped and Go Jazz!
