Pleaseeeee fix this

I just got into VAV a month ago and I was really looking forward to watching their live shows and interacting with these amazing men, but it won’t let you watch until you log in, and every time I try to make an account, once I press bias, it kicks me out of the app. Than that fact, I see nothing else wrong with the app :)

Problems Signing Up

I just got the VAV app not too long ago, and every time I go to sign up, it never works. I get to the ‘Pick your bias’ part and I can click on it, but it won’t let me choose. Then it doesn’t let me sign up altogether. Maybe, you can make that part optional?

Other than that, I absolutely love the app and I’ve literally fallen in love with VAV’s music!

registering is difficult

The app all in all seems easy to use and there is a lot of engagement amongst the users!! yet it seems as if others are having an issue registering as well so hopefully y’all can fix it soon 😊

Disappointed really

Let’s start off with, I didn’t even know they had an app until yesterday. Secondly, maybe it’s the fact that they haven’t updated the app in FOREVER but I can’t go no further than them asking what language I want the app in. I select English and then it just goes to a blank screen and then after a few minutes, it’ll say the sever is busy. Please update the app soon

Lags

Every time I try to check in, it always gives me an error of some sort that is “unexpected” but it always happened! So I can’t check in or whatever, and some other issues need to be fixed as well like general lags and all that. It’s a good app, but it could be smoother.

Fix this problem!!!!

It won’t let you register! Once I fill out the profile and select my bias, it says the server is busy!please fix this problem/issue!!!!!!! But besides that everything is great app!!!!🧸💖

So I’ve recently got really into VAV and wanted to get the app to support the group and get that good content! Sadly every time I try to make an account the app crashes every time i click on choose your bias. So I guess I’m gonna have to enjoy the app without an account until they fix it 😅

Please fix

For registration onec I fill out the information and I get to bias once i click it ,it closes the app other than that everything thing else works perfectly fine.

App could be better if I could create an account.

As a big VAV fan this app could be so much better if I found create an account. Every time I try to register it says my country is not supported which makes me miss out on basically everything on the app. This would be 5 stars if i could access everything.

Tiny issue

I love how we have our own little app! I’m super excited about it! But registering is difficult, I finish it all but once I click bias it kicks me out. Hopefully it can be fixed so I can join ;-; 💗💗
