Vendormate Credentialing Hack 11.9.8 + Redeem Codes

When one has to pay $700 to have access to this service and the app is shoddy at best, you feel a bit (a lot) taken advantage of. I would argue this app is NOT iOS 13 compatible and the developers need to get it remedied quickly!!! It would not work on my XR running iOS 13, but did work (at least once when I briefly installed it trying to troubleshoot) on a X running iOS 12. It worked long enough for me to get registered at another facility. When my XR updated to 13, it locked me out of the app and I had to go through the nightmare of resetting my password, as others have mentioned. The app still doesn’t support FaceID (it has an option to enable TouchID for login). Stop exploiting your users that have no choice but to use your service. FIX YOUR APP!!!

When the only reason you have a single star is because zero stars is not an option. This is the biggest racket you will ever find. It is a broken down version of iCloud. Hoping to get help? Customer service is a joke. It’s ridiculously expensive, and that’s just the “cheap” plan. There are not enough words for how crappy this entire company is. Like I said, it is a racket that exists based solely to steal money. If you work in a hospital healthcare with any kind of pull on what credentialing system you use, dear god do not choose this one. Save yourself a lot of money, time, and sanity and find something else. GHX/Vendormate is a sham.

Like many of the other reviewers for this pathetic app I normally don’t write it reviews, and I would’ve rated this zero stars if I could.

Regardless of my thoughts on the egregious scam that this industry is, if you’re going to charge every person in my company several hundred dollars annually, the very least you could do is develop an app that actually launches on my phone.

I know 12-year-old children that develop better apps than this every single day. If you would like one of their resumes or contact information, please let me know.

App and overall service is total garbage. App works after first initial download, then after that will not log in (just get loading info message). When trying to login online it says insufficient privileges. Half the time I show up to accounts that use this terrible service I am unable to login due to glitches or errors in GHX product. Reps and the accounts are getting fleeced by this company. I constantly have to call in to get everything reset only to have this happen every other time I try to login, plan visit, or upload credential. SECURE/Reptrax is 100x better.

This app has problems when you are connected to WiFi while logged in to the app then lose the connection. At least once a week I get a service unavailable message when trying to access the app after I have walked out of a hospital and lost my WiFi connection. It will not recover and the refresh spinning wheel stays up even if I turn off WiFi on my phone. The only solution I have found is to delete and reinstall the app. I have an older IPhone 7.

Vendormate doesn’t even make an effort to disguise their contempt of the population of medical device vendor reps who are unfortunate enough to work with hospitals who use this service. Despite paying their extortionary fees per hospital, vendor reps can only expect condescension when trying to work around this app (and service’s) shortcomings. But if you’re downloading this app, you already know these things. You are also coerced into using this app. My condolences.

I've been using the application for a number of years now and over the past 3-6 months I've started to notice it's becoming more useful and user-friendly. I find myself using the app over the desktop version of GHX. Looking forward to see what's in store next.

Every time I try to open the app it tells me that the service is temporarily unavailable and to try back later. The only way I am able to recover is to delete and reinstall the app and then it works just fine for that one time. Once I try to open it up again to log back out I get the same error message and I have to go through the process of deleting and reinstalling the app. This did not used to happen. I am running iOS 13.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. It is BY FAR the worst app I have ever used of any type, not just credentialing. Symplr and Reptrax are amazing compared to this. It is absolutely HORRIBLE. I’ve never written a review about anything. Ever. But this is so bad, it deserves it. I took it off my phone it’s so terrible. But today I thought I’d try it again. It’s still the worst thing ever created. It’s a total dumpster fire and complete waste of time and only brings frustration. It’s absolute crap.

I don’t usually write review but this app made me so frustrated that I had to post so others know how crappy this app is. First off I cannot log in even though I use the same login info for their website. I’ve tried multiple times resetting my password and after the fifth time I gave up and started to fill this review. Come on Vendormate! As much grief you put Vendors through to upload credentials you can at least make you app login the same as your website.
