Awful app.
Impossible to log into a TV provider. It will simply just not load the page to log in. Doesn’t matter what provider you select. Good luck trying to use a free pass. You will try to use one but it will use all of them. When you start a video you better just keep watching because if you try to pause then it will just stop working and start the video over. Just a terrible awful experience. Vice doesn’t seem to care because nothing has been done for close to a year. The last update didn’t help at all. Fix your app so we can watch your content! Forcing us to sail the high seas…

Videos never load
I’ve have been trying for serveral days to watch dark side of comedy Dustin diamond and the video will not load. This and it won’t load on other comedians videos as well. I have checked my wi-Fi and Internet connection and they are all good. I even reset my Wi-Fi as I thought there might be a problem there. Even after doing all of that the video still will not load. What’s the purpose of even having an app if you can’t utilize it.

The ads are the worst!
Love the app. I get to watch all of my favorite shows from VICE (except for a few I wish were in here) when I’m not at home. My biggest complaint is forcing people to watch 5 minute ads. It’s truly absurd. I’m glad we can skip some but the 5 minute LASIK one where we’re forced to watch an eyeball get lasered is beyond annoying and cringey. Giving this app 3 stars for the great content but terrible ads and missing shows that should be on here.

Dysfunctional at best
The interface is horrific. I was trying to utilize their free pass feature, and immediately ran out of passes even though it had told me I had 2 hours of free content. It was then near impossible to connect to my tv provider due to loading issues. The ads would play at the same time audio from the show played. No skip forward or back feature. Such phenomenal content, such a terrible app.

Horrible ViceTV app
This app is beyond horrible. Even when login in with my provider can’t watch anything old or new. What tops it off that is so bad with app is customer service is even worse. I email them back and forth and then making me doing all work and blaming me and my provider, when real problem is them. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Shameful

Nothing will play!
I tried about 10 different shows and nothing would play. It did not even look like it was loading. My internet is fine and every other app works. I’m pretty bummed because Vice has a ton of great shows I wanted to catch up on but I guess Vice doesn’t care enough about their app to keep it working.

Broken App
I’m using it on my Roku Tv. It will load for a second and then immediately turn off. I’ve updated my software, updated the app itself and it just doesn’t even load. The phone app is a bit better in that it loads but I can’t cast it to anything but my google home speaker, which doesn’t help at all.

the app doesn’t even allow to not have commercials when you sign in with cable info and there isn’t anyway to pause, rewind , or fast forward ANYTHING and if you try to skip to where you left at it’ll start from the advertisements and hoping you can fast forward

What a sad disappointment of failure
This is the absolute worst app every created in the entertainment section. The app insta crashes, so what is the point of having an app. For people wanting to watch your content, they simply can’t which is all on you guys. If you can’t make a proper app than don’t bother in being in the entertainment industry.

no matter what you do… you cannot get this app to do anything other then show you the shows *CANT* watch. I have force quit the app, uninstalled and reinstalled to the app. Nothing works. I select a show and the screen goes white. i love the content Vice produces but g*ddamn! get the app together!
