I was excited when our club announced improvements were finally coming to the app. For many months I’ve had to manually reselect my location, scroll through all the childcare reservation options for any given day, ensure I reserve for the correct age group because they are all lumped together, and ensure I check the correct child for the correct age group because there is no filter to show which classes apply to which child. Sometimes it shows an option to register when a class is full to go to the waitlist, and sometimes it just shows the registration is closed. It has been taking me about 20+ minutes to reserve all of my family’s classes each week. Since the big app update, I’ve had to reach out to multiple club and concierge staff for help because the app won’t log me in with either correct credentials or through the create new password options—the only two options available on the app. The staff is just as frustrated as I am. They really want to help me, but nothing is working. I’ve had to start having them manually check me in and manually add my children to classes every day.
