Being able to monitor myself along with my family just by the simple use of my phone, gives me a peace of mind! As a mother of three, living through traumas and hardships, my anxiety levels are abnormally high, so having this app allows me to be able to know that even in the case of high anxiety, everything is going to be okay! The best app I have ever used
I was shocked to see that this app is honestly so accurate and it has made me feel so much better knowing that I can check my stuff at any time without having to go to the doctors to get it checked when I am feeling worried about my oxygen and things. I would fully recommend this app to anyone.

This app is great for obtaining your heart health info!!! It gives you your heart rate and blood pressure and gives you tips on how to lower it by relaxing and resting!!! Everyone should be keeping up with this info and reporting to a doctor if things are not in the normal range, it’s never too early to watch your heart health!!! This is a great app for keeping track of it all in one place!!!

This app has help me to monitor my vitals. As a diabetic this app is very helpful to check your vitals. This app has motivated me to be more active to keep my weight, my heart rate to be in the standard level. Easy to use, the vitals results are easy to read and understand if you are within the standards or need to change your habits to get to normal vitals.

Medical necessity
Now i can check my vital signs whenever I want! It’s fast and it’s free!! I simply open the app, place my finger over one of the rear facing cameras, and in my seconds I have access to my data The app automatically logs my info so I can keep track my vitals. This is really helpful during my working outs, especially my runs

Finally a 1 Stop App for Health
There’s always something missing in Health spots. This app delivers so much more! Try it and you’ll know immediately that it is worth it! Not just heart beats per minute like all others! Blood pressure is so critical. No need for getting out the machine, compare it to the machine and they are the same so it must be working!

Fascinating what these devices can do!
I have high blood pressure, but not incredibly high, so me taking or not taking my medicine can be tricky. I need to know what my blood pressure is or I can end up fatigue because my blood pressure is too low (after taking my pills).

Heart rate monitor
At first I was skeptical, but I believe in this product after using the heart rate monitor. It was spot on, I even tried it while I was at the gym to see if the readings were accurate. I highly recommend using this app to monitor your heart rate and blood pressure if you don’t have a blood pressure machine.

Fun & Wise
Looks like it’d be a lot of fun. Also an easy way to do a lot of easy healthy things. Unfortunately you have to pay to play. I took the personality test but to get my results have to subscribe. How do you know if your gonna like it or not or how accurate it is if you can’t try before you buy. Love the idea though.
