Nonresponsive support
Good luck trying to get support to respond. When Viz flags a case as LVO apparently they will not show the image of concern. Have had multiple instances where no one can figure out what the software is chirping about.
The QA of study quality is very suspect. I’ve seen multiple cases where pt is moving and/or awful bolus curves and viz does not flag it for QA issues.
I’ve reached out to Viz multiple times about the above problems. Nonresponsive. Sad my only outlet is a review on the iOS store.
