Three steps to do it:
1) Sing any note;
2) Sing semitones up step by step from the first note;
3) Sing semitones down step by step from the first note.
After you get the result you can share it with your friends!
I kept trying to sing before it was ready. There’s a big delay between when the note ends and it’s ready for you. Would be nice if this was shorter delay or if there was a “Ready!” message.
MissMagenta1975,
Buggy
Tried on 2 different devices with 2 different headsets. Seems to get stuck on some notes causing you to have to sing the same note over and over and over. There is definitely a delay both for input and output. Doesn’t like vibrato at ALL. Overall, I found it was very frustrating and never got a full reading of my range. By the time I got down to the lower notes, my voice was fatigued from having to sing the previous notes so many times for it to register them.

Yes
Works very nicely. It could work a little better because when I try to sing a note and I’m there and have held for a long time already it would stop filling in the key but other than that 10/10. Ive expanded my range along with this and works pretty good.
Chris8712,
The app looks nothing like the pics
The pics of the app make it look like a full screen piano with text on top but what you actually get is somewhere in between landscape and portrait and I can only see 5 keys.
EdreiBR,
Easy and intuitive
Really easy and intuitive.
Foreheadthey,
Unusable
App zooms in about 500% on iphone, wont let you select tones, buttons dont work, every ad crashes it, etc etc. Disappointed because it seems really useful, like it was exactly what I wanted if only it would actually. You know. Function.
Jonjustine,
Not The Best
I’m sorry but this app didn’t help me in any way and was t helpful at all. I downloaded several apps for singing, this was the worst in my opinion. It had trouble detecting my vocal range and wasn’t as easy to use as other apps.
Talula4094,
Just doesn’t work
It records highest tone which is okay I guess but it won’t record your lowest and say 2 semitones each time. It also says my range is higher that 3% of users whether I sing my highest or lowest note as my high note
John at HellaSound,
Great idea, but there’s a bug
Same as the other reviewer, it will only identify your high note, and then select a note 2 notes down as your low. Maybe an issue with how the second audio piece is handled?
हमरी,
It’s good but
When I try to sing my lowest, it kept saying D#2 even though it was actually C2.
