App is fully now functional with most recent update to new release, took a month. Thank you VOSKER for getting it corrected. Poor functionality verification prior to rollout - but in the end it’s a better app and it’s great update! Thank you.
July 28 Update - new app still doesn’t function at all for ios apple user and no news from VOSKER despite promises to correct. Two version updates since the failed new app launch in June 2023. I was told it was to be fixed in a week and it’s been three with two new app versions and the new app still does not function for this IOS apple user. I can see all photos in web, cameras working as they always have - but the app is still not working. Company rep, while very optimistic and polite offered no information other than the tech department is working on it. Really foolish product management to not have the testing done before a roll out. July 01, 2023 I have been a user for a year with three cameras. Since the June 2023 app update the IPhone app has not worked at all. The pictures are still on web, notices work and all of the other features work on web. The new app launch is a failure and Vosker doesn't yet provide reasonable customer contact or support or acknowledge the failure of the newly launched app. Why put it out in the loyal users hands? Why not acknowledge the issue and put old app in service until this is resolved? Why not answer customer inquiries? Why not acknowledge in a user email or on the blog or tell us how to resolve?

Issues with newest update
After the update my iPhone XR with the update has made it impossible to use these camera. I have contacted the company and was told they would reach out with a fix within 48 hours. That was two weeks ago.
This update has made it impossible to use these cameras and view pictures from my phone.
Looks like I have a pile of cameras that I can’t use for the foreseeable future.

Camera Issues
Read the reviews before purchase, lesson learned.
This product has a lot of issues. The camera had coloration issues the next day, would take motion pictures of nothing (something to do with temp changes) and would send 10 sec clips with the end instead of beginning. Day 20 no longer got any images. Talked to tech at least three times in the beginning. Finally had to give it up. Would not buy this thing ever again.

Huge Improvements
This update of the app has been refreshing. The user interface is easy to use and it feels modern. I found it easy to view my photos and videos from my V300. The live stream even seemed faster! Hats off to Vosker for this major overhaul.

My app quit
My Vosker cameras were working fine with the large solar charger then a month or so ago the app quit supporting my cameras I have called and emailed and the Tec support says they have fixed the problem. I am paying nearly 50$ per month and cannot use the app to see my cameras and I am getting no response anymore from the company. I spent a lot of money getting the latest v300 cameras with the best plan. Now they have completely ignored me.

I’ve used app for a year now and can easily see my property that’s a couple hours away from home. Sends pics of animals, cars, and humans and works great.

Vosker v150 outdoor camera
Purchased (6) Vosker cameras directly from manufacturers. Set up was easy, App interface is ok and photos are ok (able to read licence plates) Of the 6, only one works consistently.
The one that never worked, customer service (over a 30 minute wait for availability) narrowed problem down to SIM card. I had to jump through hoops and several hours trying to erase and upload SIM card software and the upload failed.
So, sending it back, but instead of a full refund, I’m getting a replacement camera due to owning camera over 30 days. This took only 15 minutes.
As for the rest of the cameras, I’ve had to outfit them all with cell booster antennas and only one works consistently. The cameras are placed around Dallas, Tx in-city property and although the Verizon (service vosker uses) service in this area are not Vosker’s issues, however be aware the antenna that comes with the camera are ineffective. The $99 Vosker antennas are way OVER priced; bought an alternative manufacturer which are same design capabilities as the Vosker sells, per Vosker customer service.
In the meantime, I will continue to try to make these cameras work…suggest using another manufacturer

Camera issues
I constantly is having problems with discoloration of the pic quality blurring images of faces and having to do constant reset reprogram now they sent out a new up date I can’t even view full pic on my I phone like before have not fixed the issue but still paying monthly I’m deciding at this point to terminate services with them
I also hate when they know they are having an issue with the product and send u through all these run around steps then say we are well aware of this issue we are working to correct it however they could just said that in the beginning

Easy to use.
This app is one of the easiest I have used on the market. The app makes deployment a breeze with setup time less than ten minutes. A point worth acknowledging is the subscriptions, my experience with similar products requiring you to get your own service I found to be a frustrating extra step in deployment (with a lot of finger pointing when it didn't work). With Vosker they handled all of that for me but also put in the ability for me to pay right from the application again ”EASY”.
