Improvements

Fixed a crash which could sometimes occur when loading screens were displayed.

4.2.0
2020-05-19
New Feature

Added an onboarding dialog to streamline the process of getting started with the application for new users.
Breeze image sharing has been replaced with AirDrop for faster and easier sharing of images between devices. Full instructions can be found in the "Accessing Images" section of the User Guide.
The button to refresh search results has been replaced by a more modern pull-to-refresh interface.
Updated the icons indicating whether certain overlays or DVH curves are visible.
Added labels to the color table pickers for fusion series to clarify which picker controls which series in the fusion.
Updating the color table for a multi-frame 2D image will now affect all frames immediately. Previously, the change would only apply to the current frame until the session was closed and re-opened.
A decimal point is now available on iPhone keyboards when editing dose levels.
Edit buttons for tables now behave in a way that is more consistent with standard iOS functionality.
Your MIMcloud credentials are now verified upon logging in, instead of when performing your first search.
When using the Series Select tool, the currently-selected series is now indicated with a checkmark.
Redesigned the About screen.
A loading screen has been added to make more obvious when user interaction is suspended due to an in-progress download. Downloads can also now be cancelled after they are initiated.
Updated the display of the diagnostic information view in the session to adapt more appropriately to the width of the screen.
Dragging with a single finger while fully zoomed no longer adjusts the contrast of an image. Instead, it scrolls forward and backward through the plane on 3D images and rotates MIP movies. The contrast can still be adjusted by dragging two fingers on the screen and reset with a two-finger tap.
The visibility of the toolbar and patient information overlays on iPad can now be toggled by tapping the screen while in Localize mode.
All tools are now available in the iPad toolbar regardless of device orientation.
There is now an option to add a data source from the main menu if none have been configured (additional data sources can still be created from the Settings).
Connecting to MIMcloud is now accomplished through a new, more user-friendly login interface.

Improvements

Updated and modernized the Help section contents.
Several usability improvements and miscellaneous fixes were made to the patient information view in the session.
Various cosmetic improvements were made to the session user interface.
Updated the appearance of the main source selection menu.
The Settings and Help menus are now accessed via buttons in the lower tab bar rather than via rows in the main menu. They are also now presented modally over the current context.
The left-hand side of the split view on iPad is now visible in portrait mode.
Reworked the user interface for searching MIMcloud and remote data sources.
Updated the appearance of all patient lists.
PACS searches now display patient name information in user-friendly format rather than raw DICOM format.
If any DICOM information is missing from a study, series, or patient, patient lists will now display which information is missing with a placeholder label.
Updated the appearance of the overlay interface (used for viewing and toggling the visibility of various overlay types, and for editing dose levels).
On non-iPad devices, adjusted the presentation style of the interface accessed by tapping the gear on the top right-hand corner of the session.

JetSlash,
Good app. Needs update
This is the only app I’ve found that lets you download your own MRIs to your phone. Most viewers can only show in the acquired view, but this one lets you switch between axial, coronal, and sagital. Very nice! But they need to update to 64bit for the newer OS.
SUICIDE-USMC,
U.S.Marine This app saved my life after 19 spinal surgeries.
Don’t believe any of the negative input that people have put as a review on this app just because they are illiterate and they are unable to comprehend how to use it. This app is amazing and a scientific breakthrough for the civilian population the other end of this app is used by the doctors, surgeons radiologist etc.

THE REMAINDER OF THIS MESSAGE IS TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT COMPUTER SAVVY TO HAVE SOMEONE THAT IS COMPUTER SAVVY SET YOUR ACCOUNT UP FOR YOU. YOU COULD ACTUALLY DO IT YOURSELF IF YOU LEARNED HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS NO ONE’S FAULT BUT YOUR OWN THAT YOUR IQ IS UNDER 100. THEREFORE DON’T RUIN IT FOR THE INTELLIGENT PEOPLE THAT REALLY NEED THIS APP. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT OUT THERE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO VIEW YOUR OWN MRI CT SCAN AND X-RAYS ON AN iPad OR AN iPhone. ALSO ALLOWING THEM TO SHARE THEIR FILMS WITH FAMILY MEMBERS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY IN MY CASE THE WORLD.

IF YOU AREN’T ABLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULD JUST STICK WITH PLAYING ANGRY BIRDS OR ONE OF THE SIMPLE MINDED GAMES SOLD ON APP STORE. THIS IS FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE LOOKING TO SAVE THEIR LIVES OR SOMEONE THAT THEY LOVE.

THIS APP IS AMAZING AND IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE IT THEN DON’T WRITE A REVIEW.
Hamlin,
Great idea, execution is currently lacking.
I really wanted an app to be able to view x-ray images (DICOM) on my iPad or iPhone. This was the first one I found. First problem I experienced was that the ONLY way to get images to the app is to use their web storage service, using java plugin to upload. This would not work for me in multiple browsers. I finally found a computer that it would work on and uploaded the images. Second problem occurred when I tried to download them to my iPhone and iPad. The app quits every single time. Glad I didn't pay for the app or the service, and hope they get this working on new devices under iOS 6.
Pb-m3,
Works!!!
It was easy to set up an account. Once study was loaded from CD it was a snap to download to my iPhone 5. Great tools and function. Now if I need to show my doctor something important he can at least get an idea about how large and how many kidney stones I had at that time.
Domino's App,
Amazing!
This app allows me to see all the photos, from different perspectives (directions) of my own MRI. I injured my back, and after my MRI I simply asked my Doctor for a copy, then uploaded it to the VueMe website, and now all the studies are on my own tablet. I’m very happy with VueMe!
xiaodedraco,
Best app ever
Just had a lung removed and this app helped me take all my images with me to Dr. Appts! SUPER EASY SETUP IF YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS!
Dave_in_Sea,
Can't even load data without crashing
I have tried twice - once a year ago with a CT scan on an older version, and just now with an MRI from another place and brand of device (and newer version of the app) - it always crashes just as it starts to load data - great idea, just wish it would work - even a little bit.
Jomikcro,
Tried to log on but
When I got this app I opend it up and you had to log on it was dumb I don't have that account it's problebly a app that you scroll through pictures to see x Rays of people it would not work on you don't trust apps like this there fake unless there photo scrolls to learn about the bones
Alex Camelton,
Useless for patients
Downloaded the latest version and signed on their cloud, the app always says nothing found although I was able to upload MRIs and see them in the web browser, sent a support email, more than a week later, nothing!!
Clarcy,
View me
Will not let me in app. Have used all passwords and still will not open would like to find out more about Proton Radiation Surgery. Believe app might be a good one if I could use it.
