No Fence. No Shock. No Worries.
Geofences are like having fenced-in yards everywhere you go. No installation or digging required. Simply go into your Wagz App, drop the pins on the satellite image, and outline the area in which you’d like to safely contain your dog. There’s no need to walk the perimeter of your geofence to set it up. You can create and store multiple, customizable geofences; without worry about driveways, water, hills, or other obstacles. Additionally, Keep Out Zones can be designated for pools, gardens or any area that’s ‘off limits’ to your dog.
Redirect Without Shocking
To keep your dog contained inside a geofence, the Freedom Collar features three types of humane, shock-free corrections: audible sound, ultrasonic sound and vibration. Use one, two or all three without fear of harming him. Corrections occur automatically when he approaches a geofence. You can also manually send a correction in the Wagz App to help discourage bad habits such as continuous barking, jumping, etc.
Real-time GPS Location Tracking
Real-time GPS location tracking offers peace of mind to pet parents. As long as your dog’s Freedom Collar is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network, it can update your dog’s location anywhere in the United States. His location can be seen at all times in the Wagz App.
Activity & Health Monitoring
Every minute of the day counts, and when you’re not at home, you don’t know what your dog is up to. Our collar monitors how much energy he uses, his step count, exercise and sleep time and logs them in the Wagz App. Using a proprietary formula, we then calculate your dog’s Health & Happiness Score, which also takes into account your dog’s breed, age and recommended activity levels. This way, you know if you need to alter his care or routine.

We love Wagz but you need to have a better clip to hold it to the collar. I have very active dogs and they get the device unhooked all the time.
I ended up putting a hole in the collar and put a tie wrap to hold the Wagz on the collar. The battery falls out when the play really hard still so we spend time looking for the battery. But we love it all but keeping on the dog.

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased this collar system for my dog 2 months ago. It worked great for 1 1/2 months then it completely stopped working. It says it’s offline even though my internet is fine and the batteries on the device are charged. I called and also emailed the company everyday for 2 weeks and never got a response! I’ve tried everything on their troubleshooting page and nothing works. Unfortunately I’ll have to cancel my subscription with them and accept I’m out about $300! Please do not buy this product! Save your time and money.

geofence creation needs more zoom
While setting up a geofence, you can only zoom into the area so far. I found setting up two geofences (one a "safe zone" and one a "keep out zone") close to each other to be difficult due to the small amount of zoom allotted and the resulting lack of precision in the placement of the fence posts. I feel this could be a small fix that would make a huge difference in the functionality of this product.

Good if it worked all the time
Is often slow to update my dog’s location. There have also been times when I turn the geofence off and it still alerts my dog. Great when it works correctly, but consistency is poor

Would be great if it worked consistently.
We’ve had these for 8 months for 3 dogs. Typically only one works at a time if we’re lucky. The dogs can be outside right next to each other. They can be connected to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and the gps should work. One wil show connected and the others show no service. A waste of money as far as we are concerned. Wagz customer support is nice but ultimately they aren’t any help with their product.

Too many false alarms
Doesn’t work half the time. Stopped tracking my dogs data about 3 weeks ago. The worst part is it gives so many false positives when my dog is clearly inside the boundary (3 acre area)! He can be in the house next to me and it signals. I’m going to try to get my money back and spend the big $$$ on halo and hope it works better. Thank goodness my German Shepherd Dog is well behaved and has excellent recall, because I wouldn’t trust this to keep him safe!

So disappointed
Difficult to navigate. The Gps map for the collar should be a primary selection instead of buried in the dashboard setting with a tiny link Gives 5 million useless alerts. Mostly that the battery is being low. Extremely disappointed in the product, app and overall experience.

DO NOT BUY
After hearing from many other customers, it seems like the last software update “broke” many of the essential collar functions. There is 0 health data being transmitted anymore or notifications being sent- it tracks location (poorly) and nothing else.

What happen to this company?
These collars used to work great. They haven’t been working right for over a month now. I have been trying to get in touch with support for a month now with no luck. At this point I just want a refund.
