My son was playing on iPhone 6 and kept on crashing on him when he tried to do a job and went to the playground please help.

Slow... like stop-action-video-production slow.
I wanted to love it. I have followed everything W&G since it first aired on PBS decades ago. This game is beautiful, but it isn’t engaging. It is horribly slow for the action and story to develop, so we all lost patience with it and deleted it. When you have to do tasks, you must wait 5+ minutes before you can do anything else productive (literally watching the clock tick down). There are several side activities, but they are only interesting for a few minutes. We tried it for a few days and only could get few tasks done because we didn’t like waiting. Poorly executed. Just because it takes 10 minutes to drive across town in real life, it should take that long in a game. I wanted to love it. I wished my kids would have enjoyed it, but this game is simply not in step with the games of today.

So far, I’m loving this game. There is one thing I find could be added to make it even better though. I found that it is kinda weird that there is no music. It just feels kinda odd without music in the game. If you can change that, then the game will be amazing! Thanks in advance.

Better than a perfect cuppa!
So clever and wonderfully silly. This app is amazing. I have loved Wallace & Gromit since their very first movie. It’s a thrill to see them come alive in AR in my home! Thanks, all who made this possible.

It just keeps getting stuck at the “will help us fix up the city” screen...any way to fix it...from what I was able to play it was extremely fun

There doesn’t seem to be much ‘game’ here. And most of the mechanics are woefully under-explained. What, exactly, do all of these gadgets do? How do I track the recipes that I have/haven’t created. To that point, what the heck ARE the recipes to create gadgets? How does leveling up affect job time? Well, how does adding gadgets affect job time too???
We’re left with a grind-y, monotonous game with very little information on the HOW.
Here’s an idea, when creating gadgets, show us what the particular combination of parts will create. When we accept jobs, show how the addition of extra machines/gadgets will affect job completion time.

Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app three times now, and I just get a video intro, a Title screen and then, no game. I keep hoping for an update that makes a change that fixes it, but nothing so far. I’m in the US, if that makes a difference. I would love to play. 😕
