Works Pretty Well
Using the app with my Pioneers system, it works pretty well. I just wish you could use Google Maps and other apps without having to mirror the screen onto the head unit screen. If y’all could add that as a feature where I don’t have to mirror my screen to use a GPS, it’d be much appreciated!

STILL works great on my Pioneer DMH-1500NEX
You will have to be running on iOS 15 or better for it to work since Weblinks recent update, but since than it has MUCH improved stability wise. Yes you must keep the web link Home Screen open and running if you want to stream music videos from YT as you’re driving down the road (an bypass for e-brake as well) but how much more are you asking for?! We are lucky to even have an hosting app available to us to even begin with! And people are complaining! The background tasks/APIs are questionable, but it’s trustworthy enough for the most part and I haven’t found any bugs or vulnerabilities. Solid 4 stars.

Beautiful app
When I first got my pioneer stereo, the app worked once and then it crashed every time I opened it. I was frustrated, but I contacted customer service. They sent me the beta version through TestFlight. I shared my analytics with them and told them what was wrong, and a little bit of time later, boom. It works flawlessly. I was so excited to FINALLY get to use Weblink in my car. I can’t even tell you how happy I was. Everything works exactly as it should!
Their customer service was amazing as well. They’ve emailed me several times out of the blue telling me about the new beta version and a couple of other things. It shows they care about my experience with the app and it shows that they care. I’m very impressed and I recommend this to anyone with a Weblink compatible stereo. If you have any issues, let customer service know! They’ll help!

App Keeps crashing
Just downloaded the app and every time I open it immediately dies. Big disappointment. I sent them an email so we will see if I get a response.
Update: I contacted their team and they were extremely responsive and worked diligently to fix the issue! They sent me an email and then a beta version to fix what was happening and the app works beautifully now!!

Very good app, looks great - worth the occasional trouble. Promise.
App works great most of the time. Sometimes restarting it will fix little issues. My only complaint is sometimes a random playlist on my list will ‘bug out’ and be unplayable for w/e reason. Have had to create new playlists to fix but all in all this app works great. Looks amazing on my AX1800 I think it is.

Stopped working
I love this app and have had it for a year and some change now but recently it stopped working and I keeping getting an error that I am not connected to the internet and to try again later. Can we please fix this so I can continue to show off my music video playing system.

Does not work AT ALL!
I purchased my pioneer radio and had it professionally installed a month ago. I have literally tried to access this app ever Single day since. Not even once have I been able to connect. It always says- check your WiFi server. Ok…. Maybe it only works initially if it has a strong WiFi connection… inside the vehicle in my yard!? So, I took it to work, drive it into the car bay(inside the building). Guess what? Still a connection problem. It does not work. Plain and simple. I regret buying this radio and dealing with this ridiculous flawed app.

Required downloads
Every time I connect to my 2022 model Sony head unit, it has to download apps. You would think that this would only be required once, but every time I open web link, it would say “downloading apps.” The files aren’t small either. Why can’t this program just save the required data instead of downloading every time? Other than that, it works decently.

UPDATE. it has been weeks since they asked me to email them for help and NOTHING, no response at all this app is useless it will not connect to my pioneer 2550 after the very first time.
Worked once then when I went to use it a week later the app icon is gone from the head unit pioneer 2550nex. The app keeps saying disconnected or cannot connect to server. Very disappointing. They sent me a message to contact their support team for help I emailed all details over a week ago and have heard nothing.

Boots up slow but works great!
Boots up a little slow but works great!! I had some issues at first where the app keep crashing but Weblink support was great and was able to figure it out.
Make sure your parking brake connection or bypass is connected correctly or weblink wont work! Ask me how I know.
