WeCare Telehealth helps you to find, book and connect to the right doctor in your area. All these are just a few taps away on your phone, comfortably from your home.
Your consultation history, prescriptions are securely stored and easily accessible anywhere, anytime.
How does this work?
• Find a doctors nearby
• Filter further using specialities that suits your requirements
• Find an available slot of your preferred doctor
• Make your payment and attach the receipt
• ....and you are done. Once the details are confirmed, you will get a notification.

Please be available to pick up the call from your doctor. Please be ready 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

We respect your privacy and following permissions are absolutely required:
• We need your location to find the doctors near your area.
• It is required to enable notifications to receive the calls from your doctor as a regular video/phone call.
• You need to provide access to your camera and microphone to attend a call.

- Your consultation time with your doctor is quite valuable. When you to share some more details on your health conditions, that's going to be great value addition. Your doctor will be better aware of your health conditions and may optimize the consultation time. The form appears once you make bookings, we show an optional post-booking form with a standard set of questionnaires from clinics. You may choose to update as appropriate. You may watch the details and update later within the booking confirmation. Give it a try!
- We made it easier for the doctors to view the patient's video while they're adding quick notes, just to ensure you are within the context.
- We squashed some bugs

- We have made improvements to pre-consultation forms where you explain your problems. Just skip those are not relevant though! We hope this will improve the overall consultation experience
- Doctors can have a quick notes feature to scribble during the video calls. More power to you when the sessions are longer. Note that this will be cleared after completing visit summary!
- I just noticed my right hand moves on left side of the screen and vice versa! Did you notice that? Okay, we fixed it.
- There are some useful fixes too, on accessibility, default country code to Thailand etc.
