WellnessLiving Elevate Hack 1.0.44 + Redeem Codes

I’m very frustrated with theses weird little glitches that make it very difficult to schedule and reschedule clients, especially when I can’t be on my computer. And it’s annoying to have to constantly refresh the app only to have it SOMETIMES fix the issue. This app needs a lot of work and it needs to happen now- very annoying.

Switched over from Mindbody mainly because I thought Mindbody was overpriced and wasn’t using a whole lot of what they have to offer. Thought this would be better at first it was but now all the app updates keep making it worse. My schedule is never accurate when I put things in, It can take up to a day for a change to show up in the schedule or several refreshes. I liked how it integrated into my website although it takes forever to load I believe mindbody has a better option now for website integration. Just very disappointed in this product. it’s terrible. Mindbody’s has so many more functions And you’re limited on the Wellness Living app compared to the desktop version. once my contract is over. I definitely will be moving back to mindbody even though it’s more expensive it is worth it, for a better quality and less headaches.

The original version of this app was useful for managing my business from my phone, but this new version is much better and includes many more features I can access right from my phone!

Thanks for redesigning much of the system and making it flow better, run faster and have a more appealing look! I cannot wait for you guys to add the ability to approve/deny appointment requests, add/edit notes/alerts, respond to message center, viewing forms, send custom notifications from attendance list, recurring booking, landscape mode, and more reports to view KPIs

Horribly unreliable, buggy, full of technical errors, constant updates accompanied by new glitches as the norm, the schedule will delete appointments seemingly randomly… The switch to Wellness Living was so promising and turned into a NIGHTMARE for MONTHS. Support is nice, but more often unhelpful and will take weeks to find answers. The apps glitch, often for clients - who from all the payment errors now are uncomfortable with giving their card information.
This has been an awful experience and the nightmare feels never ending. Don’t make the switch. There are MANY other companies out there that function more reliably.

We’re a school of traditional Japanese martial arts in Alexandria, VA. Our students like this app, especially because they can easily access our instructional videos. There are some quirks. For example, it is sometimes challenging to add students to a class roster and to add retail merchandise items to the cart in the online store. However, as we consider customer satisfaction most important, on the whole, we’re very happy with this App.

I am so annoyed with Wellness Living. I want to give it a negative 1.

My company is built around this software and I desperately want it to work but the upgrades keep making it worse!!!

They app never refreshes properly. I can just assume the information about my business will never be accurate or current.

They make mistakes with my recurring charges and don’t care to remedy the situation.

I worked with mindbody for years and never experienced these types of issues. I wanted to support a new business in the industry, but after 2 years will be moving back to mindbody.

This product is overpriced and customer service doesn’t care.

The people on the phone are so sweet but when it comes to all the problems that I have experienced…that’s the only thing positive I can say. They never do anything about the problems.

Don’t switch over and waste your money. Stay with mindbody.

When you shout that you are the same with Mind Body at half of the price at least try to provide the half of what Mind Body does.

It is obvious that Wellness Living has no practical expertise of the industry. They only know the theory and not the daily and practical issues of a company in the wellness industry.

Even the most basic, like accepting payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available. At the store you cannot show the final payable amounts with tax before placing an item at the cart.

They haven’t even designed a landscape mode for the Tablets. It is just a zoomed version of the phone app!! So if you want to have a clear large overview of the calendar or you want to use your tablet with a keyboard forget it.

And as always, their reply is “very nice idea, put it on the forum and if others like it we will implement it in the… future”.

The app has a lot more capabilities than say the MindBody app. The biggest issue is that it doesn’t auto-update - I have to close it completely and reopen it to make sure I have the latest class roster. It’s not just me - all the other teachers at my studio have that issue.

This app and service is awful. I struggle daily with the app and the desktop version. Creates more time and work on my end as a business where it should be saving my time.
This is where the word “wellness” should be changed to “toxic”. Toxic living has added so much more stress to my life and business. We are looking to switch. It is such a pain to change your entire business over, but this is so ridiculous that it will be worth it.

Wellnessliving has been a huge headache since we opened a few months ago. I have to deal with customers having a variety of problems every single day. They’ve cost me thousands of dollars in lost sales already. Their customer support is incompetent. All they do is apologize but nobody can ever actually help, and you get bounced around from one person to another. I would not recommend them at all.
