Can’t even keep the live scores and results working correctly during the actual tournament.
Daily play match Oder will not load 8 out of 10 tries even when I’m at home

The fonts are tiny and difficult to read, and rather than having the matches all in one place the live ones are under “scores” and completed under “results”… sometimes. Sometimes they’re just not even there at all. Also, I have set all my favorite players for notifications, turned on notifications everywhere possible, and the only thing I have gotten notifications for are parking alerts which mean nothing to me because I am not there. This app is pretty much useless. I have an iPhone 13, there’s no reason it should not be working properly.

This app is a great way to not only purchase tickets but manage and access your tickets. The simple sign in features and ability to transfer tickets to Apple Wallet make is so user friendly! The ticket staff was so helpful when I called in also.

I’ve been going to the tournament for years and this app has really improved! All tournament essentials can be found in the app and mobile ticketing seems very easy to use. Excited to use it at the tournament his year!

I spoke with some ticket staff members and they walked me through the process of using the app for my digital tickets. I was apprehensive but they made the process very easy and the app is great! Very happy the revamped this and can’t wait for the tournament!

The app has all the information you need. Your tickets, the food available, the order of play. It’s got it all!

A lot of potential but fails in the execution! No connection or links to listen to the matches through ATP or WTA radio. A decent number of players are missing from the list of players a great example from the 2021 event is Andy Murray (who is playing on Center Court as I write this) and Simona Halep from the Ladies Draw

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Navigation is difficult. It’s very hard to find out when and where matches are being playing at the venue. It doesn’t update properly. It sometimes won’t launch. Truly a terrible effort in providing an app for spectators and fans watching on TV.

Clicking on the digital draw sheet does not bring up the draw sheet. Clicking on order of play also does nothing. Practice schedule is hard to find. This app does not do the tournament justice. As a tennis fan who attends the tournament, this app is frustrating.

The App isn’t great. Worse though is it’s administration. The “order of play” is sometimes advanced to the next day while matches are still going on—so during the Evening Session, you can’t see the play schedule unless you saved screen shots.
