Awesome App and Product. Love my WOO!
Been using this app since day 1. Had a woo 1.0 and now have a 2.0. Love kiting with woo it's super fun and has definitely helped me push my progression. I think what I love the most about the app is seeing other sessions from all over the world and using the Explore feature to check out new places to ride. You def get some fomo when there is no wind at home and your buddies in other places are posting sessions but it's all good fun.

Buggy and no customer support. I start walking away from WOO
I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I recommend the WOO to anyone and gifted to friends to spice our sessions. As soon as the membership system came out for the freeride sessions I joined immediately. Now and there there were bugs but overall it was my kite log diary.
Now it’s unusable: on the apple watch once you start recording a freeride session the stop will not work. So it never ends recording unless you kill the application and loose the session. For the last 2 months I’ve not been able to upload any type of session. It says it cannot find the server. I started using other applications, more reliable and less expensive. It’s a pity.
And all this because THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- no way I can open a ticket and monitor the follow up
- no way I ever got a reply to any of my emails.
Again, it’s a pity because the community part is awesome but... as a kiter and a member of the community I can’t participate any more as I can’t upload sessions, and don’t know anymore where to address my problems. It’s a shame.

Awesome job with the latest update (spot analytics)
The app has always worked well but you could tell it was missing some powerful analytics with all the info people were gathering (best spots, wind direction, kite quivers, etc), now it’s there! Really good insights on the best times to visit certain spots, awesome job!

I am disappointed by the UX of the app, I find some features counter intuitive, for example if you record a big air session and a freestyle session you can’t download them both at the same time, you need to change the mode on the woo sensor first, also when you want to see a session you have to click on the image, clicking on the title or info doesn’t work etc.
Also my Woo keeps turning itself off, so I have to check every 15 min that it’s still on during my session..

Missing games?
I’m not seeing any of the options to select snow or wake games. Does the new 3.0 version no longer support these things. Also, when I switch the game on the app, it does not change the LED on the sensor. What should I expect in the 3.0 version of the product. It feels like something is broken.

Buggy software
Ok multiple occasions when I try to upload, I get a Request Too large error 413 and puts me back to upload. The error is not useful. Sometimes, the app hangs while downloading and then I lose my data altogether.

Woo Pro is useless. Apple Watch not synching
The data from Apple Watch does not sync with the app. This makes woo pro useless. Who goeskiting with their phone? No one. You built a watch app but don’t transfer the data to woo app on the phone? Very amateurish.
