Daily puzzles and additional games
I love this game and was playing daily games while I waited for more games to become available to play. Yesterday and today I was instructed to download for new daily puzzles. I do not see an update available to download. All I see is the icon that says “open”, which only takes me back to my starting point without updating the puzzles. Please help so that I may continue to play this fun and challenging game. Thank you!

This is my favorite word app. Today when I opened it to work the daily puzzle I was instructed to update to get daily puzzles. I don’t see an update available. Please help. Where’s the update
I hv been playing this game since it came out. I love the daily puzzle, but for the last week it says I have to update to play the daily game. I click on the box and it takes me to the App Store where there is no update available. This is getting very frustrating. Please fix this so the daily game is available again. When you fix this I will rate you 5 stars again.

I believe that education does pay off
I love this game because it is letting me know sixteen years after the truck driver landed on top of my car causing me to to be in a coma for six years. I still now how to think critically. I can never thank my late grandmother Florence Martha Baltimore McGuffin and her son my Uncle Henderson Eugene Hall ( Uncle Wimpy). For keeping me focused when I was a teenager and young adult. Where is the update?
The game tells me to update. When I go into the app, it only gives me the option of opening the game...no update. Please provide an update that actually works. I love the game and would really like to continue playing. Thank you.

This is an excellent game - my one complaint, other than the company no longer adding new content, is where the hint button is located. I too often begin a word only to have the hint fill it in.

Daily Puzzle Problem
Really love this game! I’m also having problems getting access to daily puzzles and refuse to use Facebook. Don’t mind paying a one-time fee to play a game I enjoy. Developers certainly need to be compensated for providing a fun and stimulating game. But please don’t force us to only play using Facebook. Thanks!

Daily puzzle
I play your daily puzzle each day and today when I went to play it wouldn’t allow me to. A pop up comes up saying I need to update my app to get the daily puzzles and to click the box to do that. I clicked the box and it sent me to the app in the App Store but no option to update. I went to my all my apps to see if there was a pending update but there wasn’t. Therefore I cannot update to get the daily puzzle. I am disappointed as I enjoyed playing the daily puzzle each day. If there is a solution to this please let me know.

I have enjoyed playing this game but, when I tried to play the daily puzzle I was prompted to update the game. I was not successful. I emailed your support team and was told to login into Facebook. I don’t use Facebook. I am worried that I will lose all my progress if I delete and reinstall the game. Please advise.

Word Chill
I enjoy playing Word Chill! It’s very different than any word game that I’ve played, and a play plenty of them. It has a wide variety of topics, with plenty of questions that you need to figure out. They give you a lot of help, but it’s still requires thinking out what the answers are. Enjoy and good luck!
