Talk to your gym’s front desk
If you’re having trouble logging into the new app, have the person working at your gym remove your email from your account and then re-enter it. Worked for me.

Some better things…still needs work
Not sure why they didn’t just update the previous app, but ok. The new app has some new additions that are nice. Gym card now is available in the Apple Wallet, however, because it isn’t NFC and instead is a barcode to scan, it doesn’t show the barcode on the Apple Watch Wallet - preventing you from being able to leave your phone at home and only using the Apple Watch. It takes a long time to prep your workouts and you aren’t able to prep the reps you plan to do prior to the workout. You have to start the workout before you can record your reps. I have a schedule that I would be willing to transfer to their app but because there isn’t an import feature, it takes a long time to do, and you can’t prepare your workouts prior, it makes it completely useless to me. I don’t ever open the app now because of the lack of these features.

Useless
The new and improved app can’t be used by me and many others. A password reset to be able to log in doesn’t work. If you’re lucky enough to get an email for the password reset, the link takes you to a blank screen, no matter the device or browser that is used. The URL even states the portal is inactive. I’ve worked in IT for 6 years , and I’ve never seen anything worse. No one knows how to help, you get the same answer each time …just request a password reset. Wouldn’t it make more sense to give customers a temporary password in the fitness center, then when they log in, give them the option to create a new password. IT 101.

What the heck?$?
So you updated the whole app and make users download a whole new one. My app was working fine. I use it to checkin at the gym. I go in yesterday and then I look at it kicked me out of the app. Then I try to login and it stays wrong user/pw. I logged on to my web account fine with same credentials. Then I reset password from app. Click on email link and goes to a blank screen. I tried on a computer and same issue. Then I find I have to download a “new app”. Just tried to login again and the the same issue. What’s going on. Have you deleted my who account. I need this to work so I don’t have to carry my keys.

Disappointing
This app is terrible. You can’t track your workout plans like the old app. For example, if you are going to do chest day you can’t simply save 5 exercises and save it in your library as chest day. You have to re-pick those exercises every time, which is very time consuming. It makes me want to go back to a note book. Also, you have to leave the app and go to a different website to register just to get into the app.

Won’t send me invitation
Tried everything to get my account set up. Even store associate didn’t know how to fix it.

Have tried deleting and redownloading app. Confirmed email was correct in the stores system. Have tried at-least 20 times to get a email to set up a account.

Be much easier if you could use the numbers on your scannable tag they issued to login as well.

Not great..
Honestly there’s more cons than pros.

Pros: I logged in just fine. Also I like the main screen set up with how multiple things could be displayed. I like how they incorporated fitness watches.

Cons: Not very easy to customize workouts. Harder to navigate. You can’t search workouts by muscle group anymore, it’s by machine or by name. So if you’re a beginner, like me, it’s hard to know what I’m looking for since I only know what muscle groups I want to target.

This definitely could be great but.. the old one was better for about 80% of the app. If they added the new main screen and “how to” videos to the old app it’d be better than this.

Almost worthless
What happened? The previous app allowed me to create, update, and copy workouts from day to day. This new app either doesn’t have that ability or has made that function cumbersome and non-intuitive. As someone who has done some software design, I think this upgrade was a major foul ball. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Terrible
Can’t give 0 stars but would if I could. I’m not really sure what this app is trying to accomplish. The old app wasn’t great but was much better than this. This has no predefined workouts to select only activities. But the activities seem to just keep track of how long you perform them. Definitely not a new and improved experience.
