Great Experience Overall!!
I’ve been going to my Club4 gym for over a month now and have enjoyed it! Getting the Premium membership has allowed my wife and I access to our local gym 24/7. I travel for work and where I travel there are Club4 gym in my territory so having access to those gyms with my membership has been great keeping me on my fitness journey. The app makes things easy not having to have a key fob. Also, being able to use the app for scheduling classes in the gym and linking it to MyFitnessPal app to monitor my nutrition is an added bonus. I highly recommend any Club4 gym.

Customer service
When I first joined the gym everyone I can in contact with was awesome. But now, just recently I’ve seen new faces that work there in the late evening / night at the front desk that need to be courteous/ attentive. On several occasions I encountered people at the front desk wouldn’t even speak and wouldn’t acknowledge me when entered and scanned my bag and what makes it worse is I made sure I said hello with a big smile. I am big on customer service and I’ve received many awards throughout the years In reference to it. It doesn’t matter how beautiful a business looks because it starts with customer service.

Terrible app
CLUB4 needs to invest the money they charge for membership fees into their app. The app is TRASH. Can’t update payment methods, can’t switch between payment methods, can’t add a new one. My husband has the app too, but has a make a payment option, which I don’t! It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have to stop by the desk because they don’t know what they’re doing most of the time anyways. Fix the app, take a page out of the many gyms around (LA, 24HR, Planet, etc) and update the app to make it more user friendly and less glitchy.

Music
The airport location plays their terrible music way too loud. I can barely hear the music that comes from my AirPods. I have to turn it all the way up and hurt my ears from how loud it ends up being just to drown out the gym music. If you’re going to play music that loud, can you at least play music that people can workout too. Nobody wants to hear Taylor swift pop music

Annoying Wallet feature
Love that I can add my membership card to Apple Wallet, but HATE that it pops up as a suggestion every time I’m near a Club 4. Then, it won’t go away even when I’m 20 miles away. Can’t clear it from the Lock Screen. If you turn off “Suggest on Lock Screen”, you don’t get it in Wallet at all then. This is stupid.

Payment update failure
App charged my new credit card twice then failed to update payment. Got hit with late fees and after an awful experience with regional management I can not recommend.

The newest update has messed up my account and now I can’t sign up for any classes. Please fix ASAP!!
