Why I love this app.
I've only had this app for a short time, but whenever I am stressed or feel so overwhelmed that I want to cry I can write a story using this app to help me get in touch with what my feelings mean at that moment. I hate writing a journal or writing in a diary so this helps me a lot. I'm grateful for this app. I can take 20 minutes or less to write my feelings into a story as if someone who needed to hear it would read it someday. The thought of it helps me be able to take a weight off my shoulders and breath. I have really bad OCD and to know I have something to write my feelings into something that means something feels good to my mind and heart.

Really Want To Love But
First let me start by saying that i think the UI is beautiful on this app. It is simple and super easy to navigate. I haven’t experienced any syncing issues or unexpected crashing which is always a plus for any writing app. My issue is that it doesn’t seem to be keyboard friendly. I use a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard for typing on my iPad sometimes and while typing is a breeze, whenever I need to scroll or interact with the screen to do anything it begins to glitch. It basically closes not only the bluetooth keyboard but the iPad touch screen keyboard as well which forces me to leave whatever i am working on and come back. There are even times where i might be successful in tapping the screen to make a change, go back to typing and the few words will just disappear. I haven’t had this issue using the iPad touch screen keyboard and in that aspect, it would be 5 stars across the board because it really is a good app. I just wish it was more compatiable with my BT keyboard.

Terrible, I’m assuming it is a scam
I have requested information from the company about this app, no reply. I have not been able to find simple things, must be hidden. Like saving what I am writing to a file format I can actually do anything with, not just a terrible formatted PDF or Publishing it to the web, creating an unformatted singular obscure web page, for what, I do not know. Published writing is not connected to their site and no ability to do anything with it. Give them your writing and say goodbye to it, I suppose. Is this a joke? I contacting them, am I missing something? Their website is one page and the link to the App Store does not work. No explanation, no contact information. No information like, this is what you can do to save your work for yourself when we have given you none. Okay, someone tell me, am I stupid? I see nothing when using the app which gives me any indication I have any control. Anyway, did like that I was able to customize the font, font color and background, unusable, but looks great. Does anyone who gave such a wonderful review have any idea and can enlighten me? Thanks!

Disappointing.
I was really enjoying this app until yesterday. It’s very simple and easy to use. It started crashing a few days ago while I was writing and I just thought it was my Bluetooth keyboard because it will also randomly type a bunch of letters. No big deal, I reopened the app and everything was still there. I wrote 2,000 words yesterday for a current book I’m writing. It saved and I even went back and edited a few times. Last night, I checked the app on my phone because my iPad was charging and it had the previous day’s work saved but nothing from that day. I had noticed there was a lag between devices a few days ago. Again, no big deal. Except today all 2,000 words I wrote is completely gone. I’ve tried logging out, refreshing, emailing support. Nothing. I’m very upset. It had very clearly saved it as I had went back in and edited. And the app had crashed several times yesterday with everything still saved.

Love the app, but it deleted my original account
So, I had been using the account for free. I had not done the unlimited plan at all, and I had been writing my character designs for my short stories inside. But today, it wouldn’t show my book, rather a gray screen. It wouldn’t let me crate another book either, meaning my books were there, but it wasn’t letting my access it. I reset my phone, signed in and out of my account, and even redownloaded the app. Now, it won’t even let me sign into the account, and registered a new account in its place, leaving all my work gone. I’d hope the bug be fixed as I may not be the only one having this problem. I would like my account back, but I understand fully if that’s not possible. Thank you for reading my feedback, I hope you all have a nice day/night.

Simple clarity
I love the simplicity of the app but also the book covers and font possibility, and I LOVE how the total word count is on the book cover and individual sheet count is on each sheet. Simply beautiful and very easy to use. Thank you! The ONE flaw, and it's a HUGE one: you MUST be able to send as docx, because for large files, the writer is screwed getting the dox to Word or pages for formatting and sending to agents

Want to love it, Bluetooth keyboard hates it
I so badly want to love this app because I really love the simplicity and the setup but also the options it has, but my Bluetooth keyboard and the app just don’t agree with each other. I did troubleshooting but it’s just this app that does it. Letters don’t input, or will input several times when I only hit them once. Sometimes there is a terrible lag.
As far as I can tell there’s also not a way to adjust the page width which is a little frustrating.
Overall though it’s a beautiful app. I hope they can fix these issues so I can use it properly.

One thing…
So, I love this app and use it almost every day. However, I have some complaints. Instead of 5 free chapters for a book, I think it’d be better to have like 7 or 8 because I’m sure non-paying people who use this are gonna want to write more than a 5 chapter book. Another complaint(and my biggest one) is that you can’t tell how many pages there is for your book. It should be like Google docs where once you’ve typed out a whole page it takes you to a new one. Hopefully you guys read this and think of fixing these.

Hello. I’ve done a review before, but I can’t seem to find it.
Anyway, I’ve been using this app for two years now and I’m writing 9 stories. It’s definitely worth the money I’ve spent and the customization options for the books font and cover are excellent. But editing my books are tedious…
I’m unable to move my cursor around the page and I can’t tap in between letters. So I’m forced to delete the entire word and start again. Could you implement cursor movement into your next update? Please.

EXTREMELY Disappointing
I usually don’t write reviews but for this I had to. If you have a LONG story or anything you’re working on with this app. Quickly copy them down and paste them somewhere else.
I just spent a long time writing a story. The first chapter was finished so I closed out. It said it saved and all that. I have this app on my phone as well. So I opened it up there just to re-read what I had. All gone. Thinking the sync just had a problem, I go to my iPad (where I wrote everything) and open it up. It saved from my phone. So everything I wrote is now completely gone.
