This is a longer practice that takes you safely and systematically through eight stages to a state of deep relaxation. Friendly to beginners, kids, and those with special needs. If you want a thorough reset; if you want the full experience regularly; if you want to develop habitual relaxation; if you want to build up to longer and deeper nidras with full awareness, this is for you. If you want to build a practice, start with track 1 and then slowly add track 2, even at different times on the same day.

* Track 03: Deep Healing and Energising (31:28) (In-app purchase)
The longest practice, this takes you safely and systematically through eight traditional stages to a state of deep healing and energising. It visualises the seed syllables of the Sanskrit alphabet at the cakras, the psychic-energetic centres of the body — an authentic tantric practice called mātṛkā nyāsa, the original practice from which the rotation of consciousness in contemporary nidra is derived. You may use it regularly — after some practice with tracks 1 and 2 — to create deep healing and energising effects, to explore the layers of the mind, and for your own spiritual work.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Use at your discretion if you face severe clinical depression or other challenging mental health conditions. However, it may help relieve mild conditions.
- Do not use while driving or operating machinery. You may fall asleep.

Just getting started…already seeing benefits
Thank you thank you thank you for this app! I started last week and day 1, I woke up with a “sleep headache “ as I didn’t sleep well the night before.

Great practice
Started with short free version for several months and upgraded to the longer practices .I use in later afternoon as recharge for last 6-8 hours and has been great .For me ,it has helped with late day energy ,as well as incredible consistent sleep

No clear indication that Only 10 minutes is free
İ was very excited to find this app. However, quickly disappointed that there wasnt any clear indication that you get abt 10 min free and the other 2 are for purchase.
İ thought İ looked through it, read the description, a few reviews and sounded good and downloaded it.
When i went back to see where this was indicated, i had to search for it. İts not in the description. Just above the screen pics of the diff themes and still doesnt catch your eye. İ find this deceptive. İ will erase the app!

Very authentic Yoga Nidra
I have done many Yoga Nidra classes and I find this very similar. If you have trouble falling asleep this will definite help. Although, I try to complete the session and have some quiet time, I often fall asleep to the sound of her voice. And I am in a deep sleep.

Deep Sleep
I tend to do this before falling asleep and have noticed via my Fitbit data when I use Nidra I fall right into a deep sleep! My resting heart has been calmer too. Mostly I love Nidra’s voice and feeling the energy clearing and surging in my body! Thanks Nidra!

Just one bad thing
I like the app and the fact I can use it online. I only care about the fact that my phone rang in the middle of it (with no sound) but I wasn’t able to proceed for. The point I was. It would be great if the user has the option to skip some time (for edge cases).

I love this yoga Nidra! The only change I would make is that the long introduction should be something you can turn off and not have to listen to over and over. Otherwise this is wonderful yoga Nidra.
