A Great Program for all Abilities
First off, let me say this is a timesaver!! No running to and from yoga classes at the gym or studio!
Secondly, there is something for everyone! I initially began going to Yin yoga classes to improve my tight runner’s legs. As I began to tire of one more thing in my to-do list, I began searching for classes on the internet. I found Kassandra’s You Tube videos and wondered why anyone would purchase the app when we could access her videos for free. I’ll just say the app organizes videos by type, ability, length of time, time of day, etc. There are hundreds of options and there are other classes and opportunities available to those of us with the app. I’m SO glad I purchased it. I’m doing yoga more often, eliminating travel time and have an amazing instructor right in my living room. And I’m super pleased that I can now access my app via Roku!!

The most used App on my phone
I have been a big fan of Yoga with Kassandra since 2015. These videos have helped me be consistent with my daily Yoga practice. Kassandra’s instructions are just perfect. I absolutely love the app. The sessions are nicely organized. Based on your daily needs, one can select yoga lessons according to time/flexibility/vinyasa/yin/restorative etc. the monthly challenges are great too. Highly recommend this app. Subscribe today!

My daily practice
I use the Yoga with Kassandra app daily and appreciate her weekly updates and new content upload. I also like the fact that I can save my favorites, so they are easy to find, such as the Yin Yoga Splits workout (my favorite!). Kassandra is half my age, but one of the wisest and gentlest teachers I have ever had. I am super glad I can stream this app onto my smart TV in my yoga studio and see her on the big screen via this app. There are so many things I love about this app, I could blab your ears off.

Must have yoga app
This is perfect for all levels of yoga. You can enjoy yoga if you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi. I love all of the choices of yoga on this app. There are various levels, flows, times, etc. There are yoga monthly challenges, you can save your favorites, and create a schedule. I implement yoga almost daily because of the convenience of this app. I recommend this app to all yogis out there! Yoga with Kassandra deserves 5 stars!

great app with some problems
This is a great app. Got it a week ago and have been using the monthly schedule and the yin/yoga for runner’s options mostly so far. Love that i can schedule practices. Four stars because it worked perfectly for one week and now half the videos i scheduled won’t download or play. They say they are 0:00 minutes long and won’t start. Tried deleting and reloading, closing app etc but nothing seems to work. It’s not all the videos so I can still find some yoga practices, but it’s frustrating.

Great app!
I love this app! It has great filters to search for videos and you can schedule them on the calendar! Only thing I wish it had was a suggestion tab for leaving feedback on diff types of videos to update and when you save them to your library it would b nice to write notes on what I liked and didn’t like so I can choose the video that’s best for me right away. Overall love the app and love to support Kassandra! And her amazing critters in the videos too!!!!

Great app for me
I tried many apps/yoga teachers and found that Kassandra is my favorite. I love her style, cues and flows. The monthly calendar is great as otherwise I would use a few flows I originally found and liked. With the calendar I challenge myself to try at least one new flow each week. Highly recommended!

I love her yoga videos- they are great! However favorites disappear after saving. And recently played ones as well. The minute I leave the app and then open again the only customization that is still there are classes I scheduled. Come on - great yoga vids deserve a better platform.

I love this app!
The Yoga with Kassandra app has made it so easy for me to stay consistent with my yoga practice. The app is organized so it’s easy to find whatever practice I’m in the mood for. I love the option of saving videos to my “favorites” and tracking my progress on the handy calendar feature. It’s well worth it!
