Exploring Yoga Consistently for the first time
Adriene makes this journey doable. Her teachings are gentle, filled with mindfulness and information to take care of myself. She encourages awareness of my body, needs and being present. Every day is a sweet invitations to be strong, courageous, and kind to myself. I’m on my 17th month and keep coming to the mat with positive expectations. My body and mind are gaining strength and my spirit lighter. I am grateful that Adriene makes yoga accesible to me so I became a member of FWFG this year.
BTW, my balance and stamina has improved on the hiking trails. I love it

Terrible
I really want to use this app but when I go to request access it won’t let me get past answering what my first Yoga With Adriene video was. I’ve even tried writing 500 words and it did not work. Is there a way to fix it or are you going to provide another update to fix this?

Joined YWA about 7 months ago and it led me to FWFG Kula. This is by far the best community that I’ve ever been a part of. Everyone is so supportive and it’s nice to get advice from others and all share a love for yoga as well as health. I haven't had any negative experience with this community. Just love and kindness. Everything I needed
I joined with the 30 day challenge and I am learning and growing in so many ways beyond the mat. The community is so loving and open that you really do feel connected to everyone without the pressures of “social media”.
