After having had Lyme’s Disease for many years, I was finally bedridden when at home, and in a wheelchair on the few occasions I could go out for a couple of hours. Now that I’m in recovery, I have 20 pounds to lose, and some flabby, weak muscles to get into shape. Yoga is the gentle program I need to get my 58 year old body back on track. This app is perfect for me - the price is right, too. The instructor is clear and the videos show what to do from different angles. As a beginner, there are many vids to choose from, so I can get stronger at a steady, as well as interesting, pace. And when I’m ready, there’s plenty of challenges waiting.
