App doesn’t work
It keeps saying it won’t load my user data even though we completed the setup and used the app for a while
When I try to reset my password it says my email doesn’t exist. Even tried making a whole new account to see if that works and nope says something failed during that as well.
Needs to be updated or something that app is horrible and there isn’t even a way to get help.

Loud set up voice prompting in baby’s room
The device itself works, but we have been experiencing internet and power outages in my area. So, when the device loses internet connectivity it’s loud voice prompting plays in the baby’s room, waking the little one. There is no way to turn off the voice prompts or even change the volume. Even when you have the sound all the way off Yogasleep voice prompts feel like screams in the silent baby room. Poor planning and execution of this device, ironically named Yogasleep. No sleep here tonight.

Don’t purchase!
Wish I would’ve read the app reviews before purchasing! It’s always lagging. None of the features work correctly. It doesn’t alert you at all for anything it says it does. You have to unplug it and reset it just to do one small thing like change the color. Returning. The baby monitor itself is nice… but you can’t do anything without the app. So 0/10 don’t recommend

Bought this monitor because of all the features. Webcam hardly ever loads and the connectivity for the sounds and night light are horrible too. Should have listened to the other reviews. With all the other 1 star reviews you would think the manufacturers would want to fix all of these problems.

Could use an upgrade
Been playing with my settings and I can get the alarms to use a tone or a ringtone to wake me up during the night… all my other alert give me a sound… any suggestions on how to get the alert to use a sound on the phone?

Made in 2007?
It’s hard to believe that you can buy a camera like this, likely to monitor your child, and the app can be this bad. It’s not even a web app. It’s like it was designed in 2007 and they haven’t bothered to update it. Everything is laggy, ugly, and hard to discover. I’m legit surprised. Wishing we would have bought a different baby monitor now.

Frustrating
I am very disappointed in this monitor. It is useless if i cannot see the baby 9 times out of 10. It keeps showing me the loading icon but it never loads. In order to get it to work I have to unplug the monitor and plug it back in but I should have to do that on a weekly almost daily basis. It’s ridiculous.

Poor connection to stream
Constantly need to “update” to get the camera feed to work from my phone. If and when it loads I need to stand in a certain spot with what seems like one leg lifted and arm in the air in order to get it to work, no matter if I have full service and or are on WiFi

Useless product with such a bad app
The monitor should be great but the app never wants to connect which means you can’t actually use the monitor. On the rare occasion you can get the app to work, the monitor will make random clicks/beeps or start shouting commands/announcements about reconnecting or something…all of which will wake up your baby.

Same problems as everyone else
Stream takes forever to load and sometimes never does. Lights come on by themselves and have to be repeatedly turned off. The motion sensor doesn’t send any alert. This product is not appropriate for monitoring your child.
