Second flight I was in a tight space, under some trees; When I hit the return home switch, it went straight up into a tree & crashed onto the cement; I didn’t know it would go up to land; The video shows the crash very awesome!!!
The emergency stop window opened unintentionally & instead of closing it, I switched it on; The drone lost power & hit the asphalt upside down!!!
I had to do some bending & two motors were jammed; I was able to make it fly again but it’s a little unstable; Still considering, this is a very tuff drone & still flys after two hard crashes; I hope I can get it repaired!!!

The drone is great but....
So I have only had this drone for a couple of days and have noticed two big things that I feel is more software than hardware. One of the biggest issues I run into sometimes is that it constantly will tell me to remove the drone from magnetic abnormalities. I discovered that if it is near my phone or Apple Watch it will do that which can be kind of annoy when picking it up. Second thing I have noticed is the video quality from the drone while being in flight looks really terrible compared to the actual outcome. This makes it tricky, as a drone’s eye, to maneuver past objects that the feed and user cannot see. The last one is kind of the flare, voice control. I can only make it do two things and most of the time it doesn’t respond the first 4 times. Please, I hope you guys can at least shoot some of the bugs out quick! 🥳🥳

This is my second review on this Drone The Mantis Q.
I had absolutely no trouble when sending my drone in for repairs and they replace the whole thing with a brand new one I only had it two months so it was under warranty as I was flying around my yard the app crashed and causing me to run into something that was in the path of the drone, I filled out the online request form and from there they took on the rest. Yuneec took care of me very well with the quick response on the emails And replacing the drone, so I have no issues with them. I absolutely love this drone I know the camera could’ve been a little better but other than that and for the price it’s one of the best.

Haven’t had any issues with the app. Easy menus to follow and customize like camera settings, circle distance and height. The following modes aren’t that good though. Takes great pictures and satisfactory video. The camera up/ down is a bit jerky. The drones distance seems to be a lot less than stated in the manual. Overall, I call it a beginner drone at an above average price. Its extremely reliable and solidly built. Excellent flight time. For the price I would preferred it to at least have “ smart batteries “ or perhaps at least a 2 axis stabilized camera. Handles wind with ease but photos have to be edited to level. I’m not unhappy with the product but for the price, it could be better.

Yuneec pilot app crashes mid flight.
Pretty good drone. Not to bad. Haven’t lost it yet. But has anyone else had the problem of the app just randomly crashing? Still able to pilot, but mid flight it just closes itself out.

The software on the app is great , but it keeps dropping and I have to keep opening the app up, everything is working like it should but I can 20ft up and the app will close out sometimes really frustrating when I’m trying to get some good videos, hope y’all can do another update on the software soon

Horrible
Took my drone out this past Sunday and it lost connection midflight! When I tried to return to home it flew up and away! When I try to locate my drone it says it’s hours away on a school roof! I go to the location an it’s completely not accessible💔
