I LOVE THIS GAME.....but
OK. This game is absolutely incredible. Especially for a game created in 2011. Everything just seems real, like you’re actually in an AC-130 gunship shooting zombies. The graphics are simplistic, but incredibly realistic. They even got the blur when you pan the camera - you guys know your stuff. And the SOUND DESIGN. Don’t even get me started on the sound design. I especially love that “WHOOOMP” the 120 round makes when it hits the ground. And the commander’s voice is great. “You kill one more civilian, and we’re pulling you out.” Never gets old, even when he’s criticizing you. But when you look closer, some of the graphics are kind of “off” if you know what I mean. But I guess it is a 2011 game.
I Would immediately recommend this game to anyone. But then there’s the “But.” WE. NEED. MORE. PLEASE READ THIS. Add more maps. Add more weapons. Maybe even add drones or helicopters or something like that. Add more camera modes. Like the yellow/purple infra from Zombie Gunship Revenant AR. I would immediately pay for more. You’ve made one of the best games on the App Store. Now expand it. (But not too much. I’m looking at you, War Robots....)

Great game just ideas.
I was gonna add to make it better but not to big then I realized it would make the title long but anyway, the game is great I just started but so far it’s great. To make it better you can add like more weapons that you can swap with, change the color of what the zombies and people look like and definitely a way to see different zombies so you can see what they are. I would also put like small drones that shoot 10 bullets a minute 1 bullet every 6 seconds. More upgrades for your weapons and drones it would also be cool if you could choose a vehicle to be in shooting ESPECIALLY a ground vehicle that way zombies can also try to kill you but focus on the base. Ground vehicle would be like a motorcycle or quad bike I forgot what is is. Sorry for any misspellings or bad grammar I don’t really care on what I write looks like as long as people get it mostly autocorrect. It’s a good game either way but it would be nice if there were more things to do, you can pick any of these and try to add at least 1 if you’re any I’m not forcing you.

Very addictive
Very fun, addicting, refreshingly different kind of game. No crash for me on iPhone 4. Love upgrading my weapons to destroy the non stop zombie onslaught. Buying coins isn't necessary to move along in the game. Jus took a star off for more needed levels, objectives, or different parts of the country to defend..desert gets a little old. Otherwise great game.
UPDATE**** Well its 5 years later since I wrote the review above and this game is still just as entertaining as it was along with some added locations which I added another star for, making it a full five! Really this game is totally underrated & an ingenious design. It simply does everything perfect in a game. Giving you addictive fun, simple controls with just enough realism combined with great sound fx that conveys an ambience which gives you that gritty feel that your in it looking at an infrared screen blowing up zombies from above. Keep bringing them on! I'll keep killing em!

It’s a fun game, no ads and well made. There are packs for in game money. They gave me free coins and asked for a review so I said why not!

You are top down slightly angled view that constantly revolves around like a circling bird y’know. you get weapons, buy new ones, and upgrade the ones you have. zombies come out from shadows and you shoot them, there are multiple types of zombies but it’s not like p v z complexity. There’s a campaign with multiple levels, each level is not meant to be beaten on your first try, just the farther you get the more coins (coins is the only currency). Also don’t shoot the civilians in white, only black zombies (no racism). also my phone buzzes when I shoot so nice touch. Keep the zombies away from the bunker!

Wish there was a survival mode...
Collateral damage is defined in terms of armed conflict as unavoidable or accidental killing or injury of non-combatants or unavoidable or accidental destruction of non-combatant property caused by attacks on legitimate military targets. Typically a non punishable offense unless directly done. Is more acceptable in the case of having the lack of proper identification between hostile and civilian personnel; or lack of precise equipment and fear of ones and other’s lives. Jus gon leave this here (you’re doing more harm than good)... yeah we will just let everyone die and close the gate... who cares about the principles of sacrificing the few to save the many... especially in times of dire conflict. (It would be great to add a mode where you survive against endless gradually increasing numbers of zombies to top out your equipment is my basic idea...

Better than expected!
I downloaded this app because I simply got bored of my other games. But, boy am I glad I did Because this is Freeeking awesome! I love all the upgrades and stuff, but for me the best part is that somehow I got the experience of accually opperating this thing! Well, at least as much as you could expect from a video game- But sure better than most other free mobile games! Anyway, this amount of fun from a free, mobile, and seemingly low-budget game is definitly worth it! Plus the adds are only really the kind that sit in the corner of the screen when you‘re in the main menu, with the exception of optional ones that give you money.

Chill time Killtime
This game is by far one of my favorite chill time kill time apps on my phone. I mean I have been playing it off and on for years now on several different devices- first I gotta iPod touch, and this game was one of the few that I could find that would play on it, then it was my first iPhone 5c, and now I’m still playing it on my 5s the game hasn’t changed much over the years- but you know what they say- “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!” And I say this game definitely AINT BROKE!! hey I gotta get back to clearing the way to those bunkers kids, I hope you join the ranks of the pilots here in Zombie GS! You won’t regret it- the graphics are great, and the adds are nearly nonexistent! So come on down!

Best game ever
I wonder what happened to the creators of this game because the game is very fun 5 stars but we need more updates I don’t think the creators know but this game is big it’s fun all we need is update so it can grow and grow I recommend this game to anyone it is so addictive and it’s very fun one thing we need is new zombies different guns that we can choose and different maps because there’s only a little bit of mapsI hope the creator Sees this and I want to reach out to the creators so they can update the game or at least someone new can buy it I would buy it so we can have more updates

Fun Game *Vs. Other ZGS=Less Strategy/RPG, More Action.*
It’s a fun game to play when you're bored or waiting on something/someone(especially when you have a limited or uncertain amount of time to play or you want something easy on your brain). The only thing that I am not thrilled with so far, is that you have to use the same money you use for upgrading to buy new levels.
To the developers:Good Job! Please add some more upgrades for the weapons(maybe some new effects that have a chance of randomly activating or a limited number of uses) or maybe some upgrades for the plane itself(possibly abilities that give you some control of the the plane's speed/altitude/turning/etc.)! Do this for me and I will introduce you to my mother...who's currently single...😏😉👍🏻

Super fun but a fraction unrealistic
It is a great game, with nice mechanics and overall great graphics. One thing though about the graphics, is in the game, when rotating the “gunner camera” it creates a slight blur, as the technology in the Vietnam war would have. Now I’m pretty sure that is built in mechanic, but it really makes my eyes hurt, and a couple of my buddies I recommended the game to said this as well. Overall, this game is great, entertaining all ages, but if this graphic mechanic could be taken out or somehow improved, I believe the game would be that much better. As it is, it is a great way to pass time, but you really have to stop after about ten minutes. Great game though!
