Okay, but upgrades needed
It’s a great app as it appears clean, easy to toggle between horses in races. It’s fairly easy to place a bet. And keeps good track of your results.
One big issue it has is occasionally it will just go to a white screen, at least on iOS. Only fix I’ve found is restarting my phone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just leaves me on the log in, but there is no log in button to push. This may drive me to stop using this app if it keeps happening. Makes me log in too when I do this, wish app would just open up.
A HUGE upgrade would be to put the records of the horses on their information page. I’m left toggling past 5 horse races to get an idea of where they’ve been finishing. Just maybe list the races out when first looking at the horse, then to expand if there’s a video for it. If AUS horse races are on the app, I’d like to see information on them too, not just current odds. (Fine if not there as many other races, but would be nice.)

Not worth the money
It’s like pulling teeth to withdraw money and deposit money, I downloaded the app and as soon as it was downloaded I uploaded money no problem. $50. As soon as I try to place a bet it says I need to “Verify my Identity” that’s funny I never had to do that when I deposited $50 dollars. I try to verify and it doesn’t work. So I have to call customer service. They said I have to send in documentation verifying who I am. I don’t want to go through an entire process just to place a bet so I decide to withdraw my $50 and gamble the old school way. NOPE! I have to verify my identity in order to withdraw. I’ve already put money in no problem so now I have to verify. Finally I verify, then the app says I have to deposit money from a credible bank first before depositing. That’s weird, I already deposited $50 dollars. So I deposit $10 more. Now I can’t take my entire amount until 6 business days go through and then I can take my money. I’m sure some developer will respond saying, “well due to security….blah blah blah” that’s not how most credible and efficiently working betting services work. If I were you I wouldn’t use this and go with better tracks that have the ability and resources to have better working apps unless you have the patience to wait days or weeks to access your funds then go for it.

Good so far, where is my deposit bonus?
The app works good so far, I like the fact that it includes more tracks than other apps... but I downloaded this app mainly because it said there was up to a $500 deposit bonus, I deposit $100 but I dont see any bonus...? When should I expect it?

I’m loving it.
This app is a breath of fresh air for horse racing fans. You can tell this was created specifically for your mobile and it’s not just a desktop version of a wagering site jammed into a smaller screen. Besides being user friendly the handicapping feature is very unique and that grabbed my attention. Personally I still like to scribble in my PPs but having digital stats and a calculator to add them up in the app where I can also bet is a nice new tool to have on any race day.
In a very traditional sport, where a lot of us have been playing a certain way for a long time, it’s nice to see an app like 1/ST BET trying something new.

Great app that makes betting on horse racing fun
I love how easy it is to bet. The handicapping tab gives good info about the horses and their jockeys and trainers, all bundled up into a neat little percentage. You can even dig deeper into each horse and watch their past races - there’s a ton of stuff here.
Exacta bets have turned out to be my favorite, and I love that I can watch the race right here on my phone. I wish I could say that I’ve won every bet (lol) but I’ve still hit a few big wins that really got my blood pumping. All in all, a great experience.

Bugs and rude customer support
App is no good. They were not upfront about the limits for removing bets, so if odds change you can’t remove bets after a certain limit (which they do not tell you), but will continue to take your bets! They did not credit me and treated me like the one who’s wrong, but you don’t have to put up with this crap. App contact button doesn’t work, so it’s very difficult to get in touch with them through the app, and then the guy I’ve gotten on the phone A few times is… well… has a crap attitude and is very condescending. I don’t need this garbage and will be moving over to fan duel. I assure you this company does not deserve your dollars. There are better options.

Really good tools for a novice bettor
I’m not incredibly knowledgable about horse racing and the various factors the come in to play when deciding what to bet. It’s so nice that this app does the data analysis to give you approximate odds on which horses will win, place, and show. Really easy to quickly place a bet and see your results.

The Track layout is easy to use!
I loved the track listing, showing off the weather for that track. When I was on a track I was able to switch between races really easy. Made my betting experience really seamless. I will continue to use this app.

Great App / Easy to Use
I never really knew how to handicap in the past. Mostly just picked the favorite horses. But this app has made it so much easier with the AI picks. I feel like I can at least go into races with some confidence now knowing the probable race outcomes.

Great app, different from the rest
Just wanted to say that I appreciate what 1/ST is trying to do compared to their competitors. The AI handicapping is a great addition to the space and overall I just find it easier to use, and pick winners, than anything I’ve used before.
