One size does not fit all so we took the principles of this fast and effective workout and tuned it so it could fit anyone's needs. Some people may find the original 7 Minute Workout too hard while others may find it too boring. We fine tuned this workout so anyone can get a safe, effective, and challenging workout, no matter their fitness level in just 7 minutes!

Every workout will be customized to your fitness level and to the equipment you have available. Each exercise includes a video you can view DURING YOUR WORKOUT, so that you can always double-check your form.

Music BPM adjusts
I'm only on day 2, but that's 2 days longer than I stick with most of my workout ideas! They let you add your own music playlist and then pump up the tempo for cardio options and slow it down for strength. It's only 30s per exercise and they give you 10s to get ready in between. There are 3 starting fitness levels- beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You tell it what equipment you have and it adjusts. Also, the workout it slightly different every day!

Great little workout
Updated review drops stars because I can no longer use my own music to work out with Lolo workout apps. I find it very frustrating. My workaround is to have the music going on my iPad and the app going on my phone. Very disappointed in the updates.
I do my main working out in the mornings but was looking for something pretty quick for the evenings. This app is perfect. It's a seven minute workout. It takes about 10 minutes and burns about 70 calories. Every day is a different set of exercises for 30 seconds each. There is a little video you can watch to see how to perform the exercises and you can also set it up to use the equipment you have available. You can change those settings in case you are traveling.

A Quality App
A surprisingly good workout when time is limited, customized to workout tools on hand. Pleasantly guided by by both audio and video with the ability to listen to your own music library. The variety of workouts is a great feature too.

Think of the time and money you'll save by doing this instead of going to the gym!

Should have started earlier
I downloaded this app forever ago but never used it until recently. It is just awesome. The workouts are short enough so I can't use "I'm too busy" or "I don't have time" as an excuse to skip my workout. But if I have some extra time after my first 7 minutes, I just push go on the next workout and do another one.

Really very, very good for basic workout
I've tried a few other short, intense workout apps, this is by far the best. Once you set your parameters (based on equipment available) it creates routines which vary daily. I especially like the videos which accompany and introduce each exercise to review form, etc. The music is nice although not too important to me.

Can do this
Greats 7 min workout --- on day 3 and can already feel it. Was having a hard time finding time for a workout. With this workout, I can make 7 minutes. I like how you can customize it to equipment you have on hand. Excited to see the results in 30 days...plan on keeping this as a daily routine.

This is great!
There are about 50 7 minute workout apps, and 10 that I've tried, but this is the one that I return to. I don’t understand why other similar apps do better in top app charts - I guess it’s just marketing. Good exercises, with random variation to keep things interesting. Good videos. It'd be good to have a native iPad version.

Great start to the day!
I have been enjoying this app for over a week now. It is a great way to start your day, especially if you are crunched for time or travel. Definitely gets your heart pumping and your muscles sore! No problems using my own music with the app, it even changes tempo to match the activity.

Concentrated and Powerful
I typically use in morning before readying for work. It's only 7 minutes but a long 7. Equipment and intensity adjustments make it customizable to your situation. Not a main workout (could be if you do back to back segments) but definitely an awesome supplement and optimizer.

Great addition to running
Great program to accompany my running. Keeps you moving, and totally adaptable to whatever equipment you have or don't have. Hated the constant reminders to leave a review. Would have been 5 stars if the warning did not pop up after every workout.
